Chris and Joe have been awesome during my process of securing my first house. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of anxiety with the process. Chris and Joe communicated amazingly with myself and my lawyers. Always called and updated me. When I had questions, they addressed my concerns. Greenleaf Property Services has been great.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have Joe and Chris dealing with our sale. They have worked hard on our behalf and been supportive throughout the process. They are very skilled at filtering potential viewers. Only four potential buyers viewed the property, and all of them were very positive. This made the viewing process much easier and less stressful than other agents who emphasize getting numbers through the door. It meant that we knew we had a reliable buyer from the outset. They continued to chase the process until exchange (which involved some work with our purchasers' solicitor at times), and assisted with meter readings on completion. They were always on hand to answer any queries and offer assistance where they could. They are also great people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Chris and Joe were excellent in dealing with the sale of my mother's home. Chris was empathetic to the whole situation as it was an emotional sale for me, having been born in the property that my father built.
I was very impressed that Chris took an interest in the property right from the first viewing and kept me fully informed all throughout the process.
I am so glad that I chose this agency as I felt I was a valued customer, and not just a number that I got the impression I would be from the other bigger agencies.

I recently bought a property and had excellent service from Chris and Joe. They were both great at answering my many questions and being the go between with us and the vendor. They were accommodating when I needed to visit the property with plumbers, electricians and measuring up.
There was a little bump in the road on the day of completion but Chris made himself available to help, speaking with solicitors on both sides and calming my nerves.
If we sell our house I would use Greenleaf without any hesitation. Thanks again Fran

It is a non-empathetic agency that always looks to collect more money. It is just another real estate agency that would keep increasing your rent by 30-40%, saying the market situation and owners want the higher rent. Stay or leave; please understand that not all circumstances support moving out that easily. Even house-shifting costs a lot of money, and the increase starts from the first year itself.
Don't worry; this thing will bite you back sooner or later.
