We felt pressured to drop our price too early and by too much, seemingly to set up a bidding war between potential buyers. We did not feel this was ethical. We lost trust in them after this and gave notice on the contract. We eventually found our own buyers and are concluding the sale independently from Wards.... Read more

Wards Rochester are in a prime location on the High Street. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I found them easy to communicate with. I feel the fees are a little high, but I sold my property very quickly due to their wide client base and so am happy to pay a bit extra for their speed.... Read more
