I arrived at the offices of Henry Wiltshire feeling very sceptical as to what benefits this agency could be to me when trying to let my home. Nevertheless, I decided not to determine that for myself but to demand the branch manager, Fiona Davidson, answer the question. Having had extremely bad experiences with Barnard Marcus and the Connells group, Letting agents were not on my favourites list. So I asked "Why should I use Henry Wiltshire?"; Fiona looked at me a little bemused and asked......"Are you asking me to sell you the benefits of using Henry Wiltshire?". I was a hostile landlord.
To cut a long story short, she did and they won my business. I gave her a specified limit for sole agency after which I would throw it out widely. She accepted my challenge. All through the process, Fiona was available as required, whether by email, phone or visits to their offices. She was clear about the processes involved, about their charges and about her ability to execute my requirements effectively. She arranged everything to do with getting the property ready for rental and its publicity. I was still sceptical.
The property went live on the web and It looked amazing! Her photographer had really done a great job! So the process of the viewings began and if there was information about the property which she was unsure of, she contacted me to find out. She sent notifications of viewings so that I could monitor activity, however, this didnt last as long as I had hoped because before I knew it, she'd found some apparently reputable, decent tenants. She had identified people who fitted the criteria for tenants that I was looking for, so within a week, the property was let!
More importantly, even after the contract, Fiona has maintained her personal involvement in resolving any questions I or the tenant have had and unlike the aforementioned predecessors does return emails and phone calls when required.
I am immensely pleased with her handling of my requirements and I take great pleasure in recommending her widely amongst my friends.

Rubbish. Don’t waste your time with them. 2-3 weeks ago we wanted rent one of their property (in royal docks) whenever we call they didn’t pick up, there was someone we had viewing for that flat, he’s name is Daniel, whenever we call him, make offers, send emails, ask for update we barely got answer from him. Terrible customer satisfaction. Definitely I don’t recommend it, wasting time
