Would recommend without hesitation LU2ON development
I was well looked after from the day of property viewing to completion. Especially I do appreciate service from Rahul , was very experienced , knowledgeable and kept us updated all the way. Excellent communication.
24 hours concierge service and the staff are always kind and so welcoming. Is a new building and always clean. Great location,train station 3 minutes walk away and bus station 1 minute walk away.

I've had great experiences with staying at their Lu2on development. The building is managed very well. The staff are excellent and so polite and praise to Michael, Monika and Eli for doing a great job.

This company own a big chunk of the town centre in Harlow, they have done for years. They were supposed to start work on redevelopment years ago and the project still has not begun, they've simply left their land derelict. Strawberry Star needs to pick up tools and start work on this project ASAP - or else their name will be in the mud when it comes to property acquisition and development.... Read more

Absolutely horrifying and appalling service and building management provided by this company.
They simply do not have expertise or experience in managing any buildings, leaving Sky Gardens (my building) in utter chaos. To name a few issues, we have had (1) no hot water for two weeks straight in the building during the coldest season of December, (2) lift buttons were broken for over two months before they fixed it, (3) building entrance door has been broken for one month now and no intention or update has been given to fix it, (4) lifts break on average every 2-4 weeks, (5) general cleanliness of the building is sub par and (6) there is constantly issue with hot water on average once a month. On top of this, the company has the decency to increase their service charges when they fail to provide the very basic service that the price we pay should encompass. This is simply not how you run any company, let alone a company that charges over £400/month, and they should be ashamed of themselves.... Read more
