Would recommend without hesitation LU2ON development
I was well looked after from the day of property viewing to completion. Especially I do appreciate service from Rahul , was very experienced , knowledgeable and kept us updated all the way. Excellent communication.
24 hours concierge service and the staff are always kind and so welcoming. Is a new building and always clean. Great location,train station 3 minutes walk away and bus station 1 minute walk away.

I've had great experiences with staying at their Lu2on development. The building is managed very well. The staff are excellent and so polite and praise to Michael, Monika and Eli for doing a great job.
The apartments are a good size and the resident gardens are such a nice place to go for some down time when working from home.

This company own a big chunk of the town centre in Harlow, they have done for years. They were supposed to start work on redevelopment years ago and the project still has not begun, they've simply left their land derelict. Strawberry Star needs to pick up tools and start work on this project ASAP - or else their name will be in the mud when it comes to property acquisition and development.

I would rate them a 0 but google is too generous. They are predatory, exploit loopholes and make you question your every move. Have a lawyer you trust read anything Strawberry sends you before signing, because I can guarantee that you are better off taking your business somewhere else.

Absolutely horrifying and appalling service and building management provided by this company.
They simply do not have expertise or experience in managing any buildings, leaving Sky Gardens (my building) in utter chaos. To name a few issues, we have had (1) no hot water for two weeks straight in the building during the coldest season of December, (2) lift buttons were broken for over two months before they fixed it, (3) building entrance door has been broken for one month now and no intention or update has been given to fix it, (4) lifts break on average every 2-4 weeks, (5) general cleanliness of the building is sub par and (6) there is constantly issue with hot water on average once a month. On top of this, the company has the decency to increase their service charges when they fail to provide the very basic service that the price we pay should encompass. This is simply not how you run any company, let alone a company that charges over £400/month, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT LET PROPERTIES FROM THEM.
One of the worst estate agent because when your tenancy agreement ends they will not give your deposits back.
Its a big scam they did to me first they told me we charge £450 for just small cleaning and rest of the things were fine.
After 2 weeks of contacting them they replied me that you have to pay £250 extra for a few marks on the wall and £450 for something else even someone else started living on that apartment.
They just make excuses so they dont have to pay your deposit back.

Review regarding Sky Gardens at 155 Wandsworth road.
Been living since 2018 and service was getting worse every year. No respect from Florence (building manager left in 2021) and no response. They say that common areas are open 24/7 and parties are allowed buy it’s against lease. Windows not cleaned in 2021 no date given for 2022, cleaned badly in 2020. Lifts out of order very often. Because of this terrible service i do not recommend to live in a property like this. It might look attractive but you’ll face unbelievably terrible attitude from managing company….i was told ones “we gave you a chance to live here” no dear, I’m paying for this property and you are providing service for a fee….

The whole Strawberry Star CRM and concierge team at Lu2on are absolutely fantastic.
Anna is super welcoming, extremely helpful and always goes the extra mile to help you. She also NEVER stops smiling which makes a huge difference. She even brought something for my puppy once to help him which just shows how passionate about her role and how lovely she is. And my puppy absolutely adores her (probably more than he likes me!).
The concierge team are hands down the best concierge team I've ever come across - Monika, Gosia, Eli and James are just fantastic and I always stop by to have a chat. Michael , the building manager, is also awesome and always very quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. They always smile at you, always great you, and always help regardless of time of day or how busy they are.
I've lived here for just over three months and I love it so much I'm looking to buy a property in the same building. The team at Lu2on are the best!!

My building is managed by Strawberry Star. It feels like they only care about how to make money from the tenant but not provided good services. The block entrance door is damaged. No cleaner come to clean the communal area. The window is not cleaned but the cleaning fee is charged, and many many more.

I used Strawberry Star to sell my flat in Battersea which completed last week. It was a particularly difficult sale because BREXIT spooked the market and then COVID and lockdown. The photographer they used made the flat look amazing and the spec and online marketing was great. I dealt with Steph and Jonathan who were professional throughout the entire process.
We had two sellers pull out and some difficult lawyers involved in the process but we got it over the line and Steph was always at the end of the phone to speak to.
All of the issues we had were from the other side and Steph was great at pushing things forward!

Extremely happy with the end-to-end services provided by Strawberry Star in London. As an overseas investor, I was looking for an agency that could guide me in making the right investment in the UK property market, find me a suitable tenant, and manage the tenancy as well as the property. Strawberry Star ticked all the boxes for me and I went ahead with my investment in Hoola.
I do not have any complaints to date because the staff has been professional throughout the journey, from sales, securing the best rent in the market and to managing my property. The Sales & Lettings staff are cordial, diligent, hands-on and available for any kind of clarification. There is transparency at every level of dealing which makes me feel comfortable. Unfortunately because of the COVID-19 I need relocate and leave this lovely place. The 24/7 concierge team is really helpful, especially Mario Tiago and Alin. The communal areas are kept very clean and tidy. Well taken care of from day one till the last day.
There is a small gym, a lounge and a playground which is nice to have.
In front of the west tower there is a beautiful reflective pool with a lot of fishes.
Great location, near to the London City Airport and the DLR station. There is a Tesco and a Morrisons really close so it is very convenient
I definitely would recommend living here.

Be careful when deciding to work for this company. I attended two interviews with them and they never gave a valid reason for not making me an offer. They never got back to me which even made my recruitment agency raise an eyebrow at them. Seems like dodgy company in my opinion

Friendly service, the broker Evelina Osikovska and the property manager Tanzila really tries to do everything possible for the client. They tried their best to solve and improve all the issues with the flat I rented and they succeeded compared to other brokerage firms in Nine Elms where they dont really care about their clients. The concierge and staff are fantastic. The flats are great, but the hidden costs are outrageous. (Canning Town/Tidal Basin Road)
The building uses a “District Heating Scheme” for heating and hot water and this is the only option available in the building. The scheme is 2/3 times more expensive the traditional hot water/gas providers. It is labelled as being ‘clean’ and ‘energy efficient’, which is great, but the cost is ridiculous. This extortionate service/provider and cost was not told to us - at any point, until months after we had signed a tenancy agreement. On several occasions the bills were incorrect and had overlapping usages they wanted us to pay for - which we successfully pushed back on. We had to ask for monthly bills instead of a massive bill every X months. Regardless, the cost of this, is way too high and this should be made abundantly clear to anyone. If you google 'district heating', there are other places that are using this scheme as well.
Upon leaving the flat at the end of our renewed tenancy, I feel that Strawberry Star forced us to use their recommended deep cleaning company - which is also extremely expensive compared to alternatives. Apparently there is a risk of having double deep cleaning charges from multiple providers, because only Strawberry Star’s favoured deep cleaning meets their high standard of ‘deep clean’.
We almost lost over 50% (possibly more) of our deposit money, because they tried charging us for ‘damage’ within the flat. I can assure you that we only had minor wear and tear that is expected in any flat - especially for a brand new flat with white shiny walls. They tried charging us to make everything look brand new again - things like minor marks on walls they tried to charge £200 for fixing. After months of probably hundreds of emails about this, we finally reached a fairly reasonable compromise. So we didn’t lose *as much* as the deposit.
Overall, they are really nice flats to live in, and the staff are generally great - especially concierge, but beware of insanely high costs for: hidden heating scheme, deep cleaning and 'damage charges' for things that are expected in any flat after it has been used. These issues can have huge implications for people with financial difficulties/pressure and it is not fair for S.Star to do this.

Where to start with, with the property agent of course when it comes to moving to a new flat. It is always a hustle to look around for the good properties in the market. Agency can give the elite options but at the end the agent is the one who could do the best to get it done. A Person who could think what we exactly looking for and can help us.
In this case I need to give big credit to Lavinia C, who was completely exceptional in handling my case. The way she interacted from the first call till I receive the key was completely exceptional & understandable by knowing what and when I want. I had few issues with my previous property agent which got sorted mainly because of Lavina C, where she went out of her comfortable zone and make it happened. Without her I wouldn’t be enjoying the flat where I am staying now.
Which have completely proved STRAWBERRY STAR is a reputable property agency in the market and recruits the best in the markets and very lucky to have someone like Lavinia C in their team and she proves that she got a good ethics and values, which will be invaluable to have within the team. I am sure in future If I need to look for a new property I knew by now whom I must approach.
