I called to enquire if they have any 3-4 bedroom properties available to rent. The guy who I spoke to was unprofessional and tried to twist talk with me. He had a sort of attitude as if we couldn’t afford a property. How can you even judge without going through our documents if we are eligible or not? And as an agent, your duty should be to understand what your client is trying to say. He didn’t give me any other options and failed to understand what I was saying. I have spoken to other agents and none of them behaved like him. I would never recommend anyone this agency.

Jason Miller has been our agent for 18 months, dealing with the sale of our flat. Throughout this time, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. He has always been available to answer queries, address concerns, and guide us in achieving our goal of selling the property.
Once a buyer was found, Jason kept us thoroughly informed and proactively ensured the buyer's side fulfilled their responsibilities. The process was incredibly stressful at times, but Jason's calm, polite, and can-do attitude was pivotal in ensuring the sale was completed successfully.
Even while on holiday, Jason continued to act on our behalf, promptly responding to my messages and liaising with the buyer. This level of commitment is truly commendable
