25th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.

From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process. She was also consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional – especially compared to other agents we’ve dealt with in the past. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get the right outcome, rather than just pushing a transaction through. It was a long road for us, but Allie’s support, communication, and persistence played a big part in us finally getting there. We’re very grateful for everything she did. 16th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Throughout the purchase of our flat, Soraya J's help was invaluable. From the first viewing she was proactive, very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. We hit various issues - some small others potentially serious - during the course of the purchase but her ability to bring parties together to get answers and find information quickly which otherwise would have been really difficult was outstanding. Very highly recommended indeed. We couldn't have been in better hands.

Initially, I wasn’t fully convinced, so I explored a few other properties as well. I was also shown another property by Elena from Stirling Ackroyd, who was wonderful and very helpful In the end, I decided to go ahead with the first property I viewed. I would like to thank Rio Bell for her consistent follow-up and support. The team has been very proactive, responsive, and professional throughout. Overall, I had a positive experience with Stirling Ackroyd.

As a first-time landlord, I needed all the information and guidance I could get, and the support was really helpful. I’m glad I chose Acorn, especially since there were other options available. What really drew me to them was Damian's straightforward and honest approach, which is something everyone appreciates. As soon as our property was on the market, he had a suitable tenant ready and waiting. The process was so quick. I hope the journey continues just as positively.

Needless to say that I can't be more satisfied with their services as they've never put a foot wrong while I've been a client. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with there (Richard, Mat, Hollie, Mathy etc.) have been nothing short of brilliant. As a landlord living in Singapore, above anything I trust them and value their level of proactiveness, communication and genuine care when it comes to my tenants' - and of course - my property's wellbeing. If you're looking for a Property Management company in South West London (to rent or sell), and want to work with people who know what they are doing - look no further than the folks at Avrasons.

What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.

26th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.
