She was on the ball with communication between myself and the landlord and helping make sure all the forms were filled in swiftly and properly for a quick move in. Would recommend using this branch to help find a reasonably priced and well maintained property.

Jackson Stops Pimlico & Westminster is absolutely first rate. The advice I received was thoughtful, wise and incredibly helpful throughout - and my sincere thanks also to Harry Buchanan.

When we couldn’t view the property initially, Tom went above and beyond to share more details of the flat and arranged a viewing for us for a more convenient time the following day. His clear communication and market knowledge made our flat hunting experience far smoother than expected. Highly recommend!

21st Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.

2nd Aug 2024 (19 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
