I found Jack and the team an absolute pleasure to use during the selling of my flat. They were very thorough and helpful in giving me the advice I needed into selling it in such a short time frame. The team worked around you, and you really got a sense of trust of leaving them to handle the every day stresses of selling. Do not use their solicitors (sequence). We were advised to do so by their team, despite our reservations, we were assured that this would be the best option. The service was shocking. I only spoke to the solicitor once, despite calling many times. We were cc'd into emails and asked to read through the correspondence or attachments, if wanted to find out what was going on. I cannot stress how dreadful the service is and how they should at all costs be avoided.

I honestly don't know where all these top reviews came from, so I'll share my story between me and KFH. They promised great and looked professional when showing me the flat (some wrong information provided during the progress, although I believe they're not intended to), but I faced very different situation after signing the contract with them. I couldn't get any useful information about council tax or utility bills after sending several emails for inquiring, I couldn't get the broken shower fixed after several emails with no reply, I couldn't get any solution when reporting severe formaldehyde odor in the bedroom beside "that's serious are you sure?", not to mention other inquiries that were ignored. Maybe the property manager is either too busy or thinks me as a tenant not worth paying attention to(they even got my name wrong on the contract and I needed to remind them several times to correct it). All these happened within the first 10 days after I moved into the flat, how can I be satisfied or being optimistic here?

Highly recommend Paul Tate and the sustainable business he has built over the years. If you ever have any problems with the agency, please contact him as he will be the most genuine person you have ever dealt with. I had a big problem with his team and the way we were treated and Paul has resolved everything in a manner that I hadn't encountered before and he will make sure that any wrongs are dealt with. Best customer service from him!

PLEASE go for an other agency, they are the worst EVER ! They advise a furnished property without furniture. Let you live without it but paying full amount of rent. They are terrible, the worst don't got there ! There are plenty of other nice rental agency in London.

Avoid Avoid. Poor service from the start with Jibby and the on and off property manager Thomas Evans. It cost me 13% to manage my property, they hardly did anything. When they did manage my property such as, they charged me £150 for wool mesh to cover holes on floor and labour. The holes were not all covered and I had to have the work redone again. I had to manager my property. My tenants also complained that they could never get hold of the property manager and waited a long before the call was returned.. worst experience possible fir myself and tenants. I wouldn't recommend this letting agency.
I recently was searching for a property in London. Taymour from MyLondonHome showed me round 3 properties that he thought would match what I was looking for. We were very happy with one of the properties but unfortunately other parties were interested and we missed out. Taymour was very helpful and tried to push our application, guiding us to how it could be more successful. When sadly we did not get the property, he was ready with other properties to show us to match our needs.
The worst experience I ever had with a letting agency. It has taken 3 months to get our deposit back after constant dispute and being on the phone almost daily. The team completely ignored us and never returned our calls. During the stay, we had some maintenance issues that were ignored and ended up charging us for the deposit. In the end after endless disputes we got almost all the deposit back. Don't use this agency if you value your time.
