I highly recommend KFH for anyone looking to buy, rent or sell. I have been dealing with KFH on many different occasions, from selling my house, to letting out my property, and now being a tenant and looking for a property to rent. Chevone at the Kennington branch have been amazing throughout my renting experience. She kept on top of new properties for me weekly, and providing me updates on the situation. I found her to always be very friendly, professional and efficient with her work.
When she was unavailable, her other colleagues, George was also very friendly and helpful. It was the most pleasant experience for me to deal with KFH. Thank you so much for helping me find my lovely new home!
I honestly don't know where all these top reviews came from, so I'll share my story between me and KFH. They promised great and looked professional when showing me the flat (some wrong information provided during the progress, although I believe they're not intended to), but I faced very different situation after signing the contract with them. I couldn't get any useful information about council tax or utility bills after sending several emails for inquiring, I couldn't get the broken shower fixed after several emails with no reply, I couldn't get any solution when reporting severe formaldehyde odor in the bedroom beside "that's serious are you sure?", not to mention other inquiries that were ignored. Maybe the property manager is either too busy or thinks me as a tenant not worth paying attention to(they even got my name wrong on the contract and I needed to remind them several times to correct it). All these happened within the first 10 days after I moved into the flat, how can I be satisfied or being optimistic here?
Not very responsive, not recommended based on my personal experience.

Absolute worst estate agent experience.
A complete break down in communication and the agents didn't look out for my interests.
I was excited to rent a refurb from them off Wandsworth road, only for my ceiling to fall through - after 2 weeks of moving in. If I had been in the bed at this time I could have died:
I completely understand this isn't the estate agents fault, but it was their job and duty to find me alternative accommodation, which they failed to do. They didn't even offer me storage for my belongings. Or offer to help move my things. When I called the agent, Mehmet, said that it wasn't 'his problem'.
I'd lack to add that I wasn't even offered an apology for the state of my bedroom until I called up and demanded one.
Discussing service, horrible company, stay away.

Daniel was extremely efficient and helpful throughout our buying process. Although the process took a little while, he made sure that everything was done as quickly as possible and was always happy to show us around the property and answer any questions, however irrelevant !!
We are private landlords and LT has been helping finding us tenants. All people they found are great tenants. Alex has been the main person we have been always dealing with. He is on the top of things, kept us updated what’s going on, etc. Thank you for all your work for us.
I rented a property threw this agency few years ago. Letting agents were helpful n polite. Especially Jibby. Unfortunately when I had to deal with their head office I was very disappointed. I have never seen that kind of attitude in customer service. They never have any time to answer my call, give me a wright information... Many times I have been told that responsible person will call me back, but during all contract he never did, I guess they are saving money for telephone bill.. Just useless ppl. Wouldn't pick this agency again, just because head office.
