We found her exceptional at her job. She was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, and was great at navigating difficult situations and discussions. Would highly recommend this company.

When we couldn’t view the property initially, Tom went above and beyond to share more details of the flat and arranged a viewing for us for a more convenient time the following day. His clear communication and market knowledge made our flat hunting experience far smoother than expected. Highly recommend!
15th May 2025 (1 day ago)Overall really pleasant to work with in the selling process. Always responded very quickly and were proactive about booking viewings. The only area of improvement would be feedback from viewings, I probably only received feedback on 30% of the viewings that took place which left me feeling a little in the dark at times.
21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

1st May 2025 (15 days ago)We listed our property with Acorn but after the initial 12 weeks contract we changed agent. The did not actively market the property properly.

First as a landlord, they managed my flat - made sure I got good tenants, managed all the billing and always solved issues on time. As a result, the flat was always in great condition. Their lettings team are nice hardworking professionals. Then Circa helped me sell my flat in a very difficult economic environment and with a ground rental lease which was difficult to navigate. Ashley and the sales team involved proved patience, resilience and great client engagement especially from James proved to be crucial for a successful sale.

2nd Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
