However, my interactive with Kayleigh, followed by a long-distance telephone call with her, changed the perception completely. Ever since my property had let out, Kayleigh proved to be a game-changer by paying a courtesy visit to my property and then explained the situations and conditions being occupied by the tenant in details to me, so that I could take immediate action to deal with the tenant. It was at this crucial moment that Kayleigh reached out to me, offering her assistance. I have been renting a property through Benham & Reeves for nearly 2 years now. My property manager, Kayliegh has been amazing, super responsive and available even outside of office hours for some issues that I have had with my flat. In a city full of greedy landlords and even greedier estate agents, I honestly don't have a bad word to say about my experience with this company and I will definitely be using them to rent properties in the future.

I was not not very impressed that the apartment was kept vacant for such a long time. There were no communication nor feedback. It was only acted on when we chase. The tenancy agreement was done quite badly, many mistakes and poor communication between sales and operations.
Hope this feedback will result in improvement.

We have a number of rental properties fully managed by Benhams in Beaufort Park. We have always found them to be extremely professional and offer a personalised service. Rahim Velji (lettings) and the rest of the lettings/maintenance team, always go above and beyond to help us. They have found good tenants who keep the property in excellent condition. Even though you might pay a little bit more in terms of management commission fees, you are paying for the 5* service and a stress-free fully managed service. Thank you Rahim for your hard work.

Has great lettings guys who are let down by property manager and vacation department.
Very slow return of deposit and repairs.
I wouldn't use Benham's again after trying to get our deposit back for over a month so far.
They had attempted to take over £1500 of a £2250 deposit citing issues that were reported when we entered the property and reduced the amount down to less than £250 for minor issues ("£120 for scuffs to walls") and still has not returned deposit after 30 days of being out the property and us agreeing to the amount.
During tenancy, many things were broken in the brand new build and Benham's were slow to be repair and replace.
Landlords and Tenants beware, If you have a choice of agency between Benham Reeves and another. Run to the other!
If you do go with Benham's and get Syed as your property manager then your in for a ride.
