Very unpleasant people to deal with. Some surveyors and particularly this company have very limited skills in relation to basic customer services. The switchboard are keen to terminate any call which they do not readily comprehend and offer no assistance in attempting to answer basic queries about property on their books. It appears that advertised property is not actually available but nobody within the organisation knows exactly what is. A company significantly below accepted RICS standards... Read more

A Price

Used to attempt to sell commercial property. Sadly only helpful until instruction. Zero communication from then on. Constant chasing. No replies to calls or emails. And when eventually walked in to office to collect keys - not even an acknowledgement or apology. Shame.... Read more
