Osbournes, and our agent there, Robert Colman, were consistently good and on the ball throughout. Robert (Rob) was hugely confident, positive, friendly, up-front and reliable: when he said he would phone back - he did, and whenever we spoke, he knew the detail and didn't need to follow up. I cannot speak highly enough of this estate agent after the superb service they offered in selling our property in North Camp, Farnborough. The sales manager, Robert Colman, handled the process from the start, doing the initial valuation and following through to the completion only a short time later He has a very pleasant and friendly personality, is very professional, and secured an offer for our property at the full asking price within 10 days of it being put on the market. At no time did we feel pressured or stressed during the whole process. His colleague Stephen was equally helpful when on the odd occasion Robert was not immediately available.
