I used Osbornes for my house sale this June. Rob and Stephen were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were both very understanding of my situation and my objectives. We lost our original buyer 1 week prior to exchange (through no fault of Osbornes). However, Rob and his team managed to find me a new Buyer within 1 week for a higher price. Osbornes also handled negotiations of price superbly and on two occasions (i.e with both buyers) returned to me with a price in excess of what I what I was happy to accept / expected. The service offered massively exceeded my expectations. To put it simply, they got my house sold quickly and for a price I was more than happy with. My opinion of Osbornes is that they are clearly a very experienced estate agent with an extensive contact list.... Read more

Osbournes, and our agent there, Robert Colman, were consistently good and on the ball throughout. Robert (Rob) was hugely confident, positive, friendly, up-front and reliable: when he said he would phone back - he did, and whenever we spoke, he knew the detail and didn't need to follow up. He was accurate and knew the market - we sold in just 4 days.
