Very disappointed too say the least, I’m not sure they know anything about the viewings which are being posted. Little information given, which has wasted my time as the shop I wanted to view is right next to the same/ similar business to mine. As I’m not from the area, I was informed by a friend that the shop next to also is Beauty etc. Not very professional, blunt and churlish with emails also.... Read more

Awful Company from start to finish the communication was awful. I Had arranged a viewing for a commercial unit to which I came away asking for further details. Tom had informed he would send figures over. A few days later a proposal was sent, i was informed the client would agree on a few terms.. it was left that we would go ahead. I then received an email to say that the client had agreed a deal with a third party and tom had 'only just found out'. After receiving this email i had asked Tom to kindly help locate another suitable unit to which he completely ignored my emails. Dishonest is the word to describe this company and Tom.... Read more
