Terrible! All arrangements for a move into a rented flat had been done including booking removal firm, family taking time off work to help, new bed delivery arranged, deposit and first months rent paid up front, confirmation email from the office about move in date received and got a phone call from them at 5 pm 2 days before to say we couldn't move in that date now it would have to be the next day as they hadn't done the fire assessment. When we said about all the arrangements we had made were told ' well it's up to you, you can always find somewhere else it's your choice '... Just WOW!... Read more
