Currently going through a stressful house sale, ongoing delays caused by incompetent online solicitors in the chain ( PPL ..don't ever think about using them !!) but the lovely ladies at Fry and Kent Drayton, Juliette and Amanda, have been absolutely brilliant throughout. They are constantly in touch with us, answering any queries we have, hand holding, soothing brows etc.
Can honestly say without them we would have withdrawn from sale but we are sticking with it and hoping for an exchange and completion soon.
Thanks to Juliette and Amanda, you are both Angels x

5 Star service from Juliette and team at Drayton, anyone buying or selling a property will know that dealing with solicitors can be more stressful then actually moving. The above and beyond support i received from Juliette and all at Drayton was first class (Really was) the help and advice from them bridged the gap between the sometime unclear and formal language that solicitors expect us laymen to understand .

What a refreshing experience, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable of the local area.
The concept of a one stop shop to moving is excellent , you can , buy, sell, rent, the team can also recommend surveyors, solicitors, mortgages, life insurance and removal companies.
All viewings are accompanied so we don't even have to show people around the house being sold.
Moving made simple, a job well done.

A time wasting experience. Viewing arranged with F&K directly by telephone.
Arrived on time to find house already sold (and WORSE, was sold before the viewing was arranged), no message or communication with us to cancel the viewing.
