Lisa, the agent, conducted viewings very p[rofessionally and kept us informed as to feedback. We received an acceptable offer and so our case passed to Maria. She went beyond the call of duty by chasing the purchasers' solicitors but more importantly kept our solicitors on her toes, liaised with POSOL, introduced the removal company who acted speedily, and on our behalf, engaged a cleaner. All of this ensured that our sale proceeded to an exchange much to our relief. As for our solicitors, the least the said the better, but without Maria, we might not have got to a conclusion.The whole experience confirmed that good agents are a godsend in getting it done, and we can't recommend Lisa and Maria highly enough....
