We are a brazilian family and we rented our first house for homes 4 you, we had a great experience over the years. What surprised us was that when we left a house, to which the landlord and partner of homes 4 you, we did not receive our deposit back. We contacted homes 4 you explaining the situation, and they informed us that they had no responsibility for that contract, because they did not manage that house, which is absolutely correct. The problem is that they are making it available for rent again, this landlord's property, even though they know that it hasn't returned anything from our deposit. We are still discussing the matter in TDS today, after many months of time spent. I believe that homes 4 you, should make sure its partners better that they provide properties in partnership.

Homes For You has been the company that my parents have used for nearly 10 years and they highly recommended them to me and my husband. We have been tenants in one of their managed properties, for more then 3 years now. Every tiniest issue has been resolved in matter of a day (on most occasions-hours). They always reply on emails quickly!
Can’t recommend Duke and Leo enough- they are a great team and their always there to advice in any situation.

I had a really bad experience with them. I am a landlady and they managed my property for a five months. Tenants were awful - then the agency did not submit full evidence to deposit scheme for damages. I made a formal complaint to Property Ombudsman and today they informed me that my complaint was upheld and a financial award made. Be warned - use a different agent. I found them completely unprofessional.

As a landlord, I have used Leo several times over the last few years. The agency represented by Leo and Duke has been fantastic throughout. They have constantly kept me in touch by either phone or email with the relevant viewings which they've arranged and conducted. Leo is the ultimate professional with an excellent gut feel for the right tenant. I feel his experience, honesty and professionalism is what all landlords are looking for in an agency..he doesn't just fill the tenancy, he finds the right type of tenant, which is much more important! Saves me so much time and hassle. It's a shame all agencies don't operate like this one!!! Thoroughly recommend.

Duke and Leo were my main point of contact with there friendly approach, expertise in the market and trustworthiness, made me feel assured that my property was in safe hands.
Cannot recommend this estate agent more in the Crawley area. Let them take the stress out of being a landlord.

Leo is absolutely disgusting and does that know how to deal with his customers. They are not valued but they are the ones who makes his business. He tried to keep a weeks worth of rent from me which I was owed and then when I questioned him about it, the responses I got was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. My advice is to read your contracts very carefully as he makes his own rules as he goes along. Absolute crook and it's such a same Duke works for him because he is such a nice guy and can do way better than being around a crook like Leo.

Leo is very unpleasant person to deal with, they offer very unprofessional services. We had very bad experience as a customer with them. Be aware, well looking outside but inefficient throughout.
DO NOT USE as a managing agent or for selling. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Leo, the manager of the Homes for You letting agency in Crawley, is horribly unprofessional and a constant frustration to deal with, such that I refuse to stay in the flat beyond the 6-month lease. During the application process we fully disclosed our employment situations and he never hinted at any reason why with our incomes we could not lease the property. It was only after we had paid 220 pounds in non-refundable reference and credit check fees that he then told us that he could not accept one of our jobs as an income source, and that we would have to secure a guarantor and pay an additional 100 pounds to do a check on that person. We offered to pay 6 months rent in advance but he refused and insisted we find a guarantor. The one person we felt comfortable asking was offended by how he addressed and communicated with her that she refused to turn over her financial documents to that agency. She still maintained the offer to serve as our guarantor but refused to do so with Homes for You. As we had already paid 220 pounds in fees we did not want to lose this and ultimately moved in after paying nine months rent in advance.
Once moved in to this brand new property we discovered that it was impossible to have a phone company install a line because the necessary work for this had not been done. When we called to ask about this to Leo spoke to us very rudely and condescendingly and hung up the phone, then tried to blame it on a "disconnection." He also cannot remember our job titles such that the landlord and neighbours all thought we had other jobs than we do. He is a real frustration and unprofessional person with whom to do business. Go to any other letting agency and save yourself the headaches and the hassle. The neighbours who have moved in also complained about how badly they felt they were treated.
