Hi,
I've had an appointment for a house viewing in Crawley with Olivia.
The appointment was for 17:30.
I got there at 17:15.
At 17:45 after no one showing up I rang the office and spoke to an employee. He suggested to try knocking on the door and after doing that the tennant answered saying that he got a message and the viewing got cancelled.
We did not have a cancellation message.
All of this was done with the employee in the office on the phone.
The person in the office asked me to wait 'till he contacts the agent.
I waited till 18:00 while trying to call your office again.
After 10 calls the call got picked up and hung up immediately.
This is my first contact with Connells and am completely disappointed with their services as the viewing was a waste of time for miself and my wife.
This was not what I expected from such a well known and established company as this.
Complete lack of professionalism and business manner.

We are hugely grateful to Oliwia and Wendy for their help getting our family its new home and for not simply trying to 'sell' us a place. It was clear from the start that understanding our needs was part of their work. It was perhaps more starkly clear how good they are as I had met an agent from another company a few days previously. It was therefore a breath of fresh air that Connells were informed, clearly took ownership of queries, and were working to envisage us in the property and how this would or would not work, rather than resorting to smiles and comments about the 'potential' of the property.

They have been, throughout, most understanding, patient and approachable - that alone makes all the difference in this stressful endeavour.
