Had an amazing experience with Andy and Neill.
I was in Crawley for the day to view rent properties and had my schedule suddenly change. I called Neill and within an hour he was able to set me up with viewings for times that worked for me.
Not only were they able to pick me up but they were kind enough to drop me off at a viewing with another agent which saved me £££ in Uber rides.
They know their stuff and are super fun. The entire viewing process was a blast with these guys and I would highly recommend them.

If it was possible to give them a NO star, I definitely will. Absolutely useless service. After viewing, they collected a holding deposit from me and my partner which of course signifies that it should be off the market pending reference. These wicked people took two holding deposits from two prospective tenants, and then didn’t communicate with myself or my partner for almost 7 days even after referencing was passed, only for them to say they gave the house to another prospective tenant only after we reached out. I knew my partner and I were definitely gonna pass referencing, so I had already told my landlord I was moving out. Now I’ve found another house and they’ve refused to release my holding deposit as urgent. they’ve already cut into my time and now I have to move out in 10 days. They said someone will give me a call but it’s still the same unethical behaviours, no call back. It’s absolutely unheard of and criminal the way they’ve behaved, I don’t recommend, if you wanna rent, runaway from them

The Crawley team were very professional and kind throughout the sale and purchase of our homes. They communicated each step honestly and were very positive throughout the processes.

Sorry guys , but now i am rewriting my review after letting property from king and chasemore. In start of property let they are saying everything will be okay and repaired by our property management team. Its been just three months we have reported for several problems we have been facing and reported but still not resolved and just they are giving pass on each other colleague and waiting for house owner’s reply. I am very appalled with behaviour and their property management team’s service. This picture I posted first when i was letting and now you can understand how i feel actually at the moment. Totally unsatisfactory service and disappointing ,extremely rubbish property management service . One more thing Whenever we raise for faulty repairs there is no any selection for emergency or normal option to select and they reply “””As you are aware this particular repair request is not categorised as urgent or an emergency””. To be honest those agencies who are contacted with countrywide property management. I must say and recommend do not go with that agencies for letting property .i am totally frustrated and exhausted with this situation and rubbish services.

Great experience dealing with Neill when we were seeking an agent to manage letting our property. Straight forward and easy to talk to, but also knowledgeable. He came VERY well prepared when he visited the property, researching the local market and presenting the costs (including taxes - unlike every other agent) and also explaining in detail how they will market and manage the property for us. He listened to our concerns and answered every question we had.
He found and vetted tenants for us very quickly after we chose King & Chasemore. What we really appreciate is that he is always responsive to any questions etc we have. He maintains excellent communication both between us and our tenants, even out of business hours.

***NEW BUYERS AND RENTERS PLEASE READ***At first they made feel so welcoming into moving in at chandler close room A BUT pressured me in to writing a good review about them before i even moved in. It was a horrific experience with them. I had mould’s every in my room and my bathroom. I had contacted them about it several times and they told me to keep my windows open and i did but i couldnt leave open 24/7 as around that time it was freezing outside and i should not have to keep open 24/7! I still did as i was told and the moulds was getting worse and worse by then and my health was already affected causing me skin irritation breathing problems and constantly being sick! I had sent them pictures and emails and they told me to CLEAN IT MY SELF! Even after i told them its affecting my health.. they refuse to sort it out. They dont care about anyone! Also i had a leak upstairs and they told its not a leak and its nothing they also sent someone to look at it and they said it was nothing until when i was showering the light exploded and it was full with water… these people do not care all they want is peoples money and dont even treat the tenants right or what they pay for! The only time they wanted to bring people in to paint the mould was the last week of me moving out after begging them to help me and trying to get them to understand my situation for the past year. This company should be shut down!!!! Worst decision i ever made by going with them????????

My partner and I had rented a 4 bedroom property from king and chasemore In Crawley and have never missed a payment. we had also communicated with the agent with regards to any issues the property that need required immediate attention. We were forced to move out as the rent had increased by £300 from £1700-£2000 and had been given no reason for this uplift. Not only did we have to wait 4 months for our deposit to be given back, but it seemed like Mr Rowland whom has nothing to do tenancy and is based at another Branch miles away had colluded withowners and had agreed to cross charge normal ware and tear and other existing issues from our deposit. Be careful Guys thier crooks.

We approached King & Chasemore for the sale of my late parents home, after meeting 2 other local estate agents. Owen Constance valued the house for us for Probate purposes and he and his team waited patiently whilst legal matters progressed. The house went live Boxing Day 2022 and we sold 3 weeks later. We had feedback from each viewing, and only accepted the right offer. The sale was passed to Zoe and Thomas was always at the end of the phone to answer endless questions that we had. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of support provided by King and Chasemore letting agents regarding a heating issue in my rented property. Prior to paying the rent, everything seemed fine; however, the situation drastically changed post-payment. I am having heating issues which is the radiator isn’t working. I contacted King and Chasemore Maintenance team for assistance. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they provided me with the contractor's number. I tried calling the contractor and he said to contact the Maintainance team. I am trying to get this issue resolved for past 3 days and there’s no support provided. I mean the agency can’t even provide basic necessities that is a working heater.
Please be aware and check your property before moving in and it would be better if you don’t rent from king and Chasemore as the prices are high and the support they offer to any situation is really poor.

We were looking to rent out our Turners Hill property in 2019 and approached King & Chasemore to potentially provide a managed service. I was contacted by Andrew Hill who was very informative and pro-active. Unfortunately for Andrew we let out the property directly to a neighbour at the time. Andrew remained in contact intermittently whilst the property was let out.
Our tenants gave notice to leave in November 2021 and I contacted Andrew to discuss managing the property rental. After discussions and meetings we subsequently agreed to contract King and Chasemore and use their Fully Managed Service.
We agreed to use King and Chasemore based on the professionalism of the staff we have dealt with at King & Chasemore namely Andrew, Becky, Cloe and Bethany. The property was let out before an advert was even placed. Unfortunately the tenants had to cancel at the last minute. Within 30 minutes of an advert going out new tenants were in contact and signed up.
We would, based on our experience to date, thoroughly recommend Andrew Hill and his team at King & Chasemore in Crawley.

Very disappointed with the service provided by King and Chasemore (Horley) in relation to the sale of my house. I see that the Horley branch has now closed and I can understand why. Early signs indications of my sale with King and Chasemore were good with plenty of viewings resulting in two offers. I accepted the lower of the two as apparently these buyers were in a better financial position and in rented accommodation - however the buyers turned out to be not what they seemed - total time-wasters in fact. Matters came to a head when they offered via their solicitor an exchange of contracts with 0% deposit being paid by them (this is not a typo). Nobody from K&C bothered to tell me that this was maybe a potentially bad move for me, they are after all supposed to be acting in my best interests. I was paying the standard 10% on the house that I was buying. I obviously saw the flaw in this idea but there may be some that wouldn’t. The chain therefore collapsed. Another concern was the offer made to me via a leaflet drop - £1250 off the standard commission rate. When I raised this I found that of course I wasn’t on the standard rate - on querying how many of the seven local properties currently on K&C’s books were I was told that this was privileged information. In fact when questioned the manager did not even know what the standard rate was! It’s practices such as this that give estate agents a poor reputation. I have now sold my property through another Horley estate agent who was far more professional. King and Chasemore were an absolute disgrace! Also, beware the conveyancing company that they recommend (and take a £50 backhander for doing so) - they were also diabolical.

This is the first time I have brought a property with the intention to rent it . So I was unsure how to go about it . I was passing the King & Chasemore office in Crawley and decided to drop in to discuss with them the best way it could be done . I found them all very helpful and found a property with them . They took care of finding a suitable tenant , and dealing with all purchase issues . I also requested that they handle the management of the property and rent collection . In the future I intend to buy another property and will be happy to do so with King & Chasemore.
