lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.... Worst agency you can go to. Great and pleasant before signing the contract. But after that, no more communication, always complaining on doing things in time, coming in the house when they want without any notice, contractors stealing in the house and making themselves cups of tea as they please. this company is one of a kind, unreal service and i couldn't believe the kindness from the staff, from start to finish when i was looking for a property and living in a property they were always helpful, the staff were always more than happy to pick up the phone and answer my questions, they always arranged inspections and appointments around my schedule to make my time with connect the best i could have asked for! anyone looking for a caring well educated agency then Connect UK is who you should call.... well if i could give 0 stars i would this is just like choices hidden fees and when you leave a property after 4 years they try charge for silly things like light bulbs ,mouldy wall that was already mouldy when i moved in and they let third party in. i was caught by one of there so called inspection person while i was breastfeeding no warning no nothing he let himself in.. and a lot more dont want to bore you just stay away and don't trust this people can't do there job just like to overcharge and lie ....
