I am glad there is a John Lewis here.
It is convenient for people who are at the station looking for gifts.

Slowest customer service ever.
It took three assistants to take the security tag of the phone case. Resulted in a missed train.
Had an inclining to leave as soon as one of the assistants went to get help. The snail moves quicker for sure... extremely disappointed.

Once in the store it's fine, but walking in having 'Don't Cha' blaring in my ears is not something I would expect of John Lewis, that coupled with the sale assistants awful karaoke over the top of it while serving.
Also I saw another sales assistant, probably a supervisor condescendingly berating a member of staff on the shop floor. She came across as a right bully.
Later on, my mate seemingly ran into the same noxious individual - "Alexandra", who made him late for his train. Nonetheless, he went into Trading Standard mode and squeezed something out of them.
John Lewis treat your customers and staff better. Show some respect.

Best store eva! Better than the bigger shop, because I don't get politics here. Freindly atmosphere, nice alternative staff.
Even towards closing time on Sunday (yeah I work funny shifts so it's conveniant like) they make an effort.

Very small - not indicated when searching for it. Poor selection of products (obviously) compared to a larger store. Change your Google maps name to reflect the smaller store.

Awful rude staff. The old lady at the counter and the younger lady should not be in customer service. Don’t ask the old lady to wrap your gift because it will look like a hold did it.

What a marvellous little shop, a perfect microcosm of what makes John Lewis a respected UK brand. Staff were hugely helpful and on the ball, and I found a very good selection of products despite the size of the shop. Keep up the excellent work!

Very rude old lady in the counter. I asked her if she wants the bank and the ID of my husband as the parcel was under his name. She didn’t listen instead lectured me that I should present my ID too. I showed to her my bank card that bears the same surname of my husband and was about to get another ID. She instead turned her back on me and waved her hands on the air in a dismissive manner.
I tried to explain to her when she came back with the parcel. She then claimed in front of her colleague or maybe someone senior that I didn’t listen to her. When in fact she’s the one who turned her back whilst I was talking.
I said, “you should listen because I was trying to show you the bank card used for the purchase but you keep on talking and looking for different card”.
She looks fed up though when she was serving behind the till and that she vented it out on me.

This is a very small store but has the perfect selection of gifts for those special people in your life. I actually managed to purchase several Christmas presents from this mini store. I've had some online orders sent there for collection and they are always very helpful and friendly.

A mini john Lewis at St. Pancras International station. Good for last minute gifts. It is just one of a number of shops at the station so you get a good selection
