No communication at all in the first 3 months, no updates at all, only started to bring in viewers when we went multi agency. 50% of the time I had to call them to get my viewer feedback. On receiving an offer, whilst negotiating they encouraged the potential buyer to purchase a similar property as that seller was looking at buying another house also through them. When we eventually did sell, they lost the keys to our house, we had already moved out of the area. Upon completion they said they would call to let us know everything had gone through, didn’t hear a word from them once they had their money.... Read more
