Great customer experience received from Abbotts. We have tried to sell our property 3 times with different companis. Terry was honest and clearly done his home work when he came to value the property and valued it at the right level to enable us yo sell in 2 weeks. from the moment we went on the market to the day of completion the whole team were engaging and supportive. Paul provided twice a week catch ups between me and the buying to help resolve any issues we had. We first used Abbotts when we were selling my late mother's bungalow in 2012 and were very pleased with how proactive they were and we sold very quickly. When we came to sell our own property this year they were the first agents we thought of and again our experience has been very positive. Everyone we dealt with combined friendliness with professionalism. The original valuation was based on comparing similar properties and was therefore realistic. We always felt they were going the extra mile to market our property and again we had an ideal buyer within a few weeks and despite the disruption to the housing market because of Covid we have managed to exchange contracts without too much delay. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
