They are NOT trustworthy. I was deceived by them and have had a terrible experience buying from them. They are negligent and do not care so long as they make a profit. Avoid avoid avoid!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home which was facilitated by Stuart Smith and the Dedman Gray team in the Thorpe Bay office.
We were grateful to have Stuart as our day-to-day contact in what was a complex transaction. Stuart is clearly long serving, hugely experienced, and professional estate agent who did an outstanding job of supporting and advising us throughout a challenging and complex purchase. Stuart clearly had the support of a great team behind him and at one stage even called in the boss (not to mention 3rd party legal) to assist in bringing ‘senior management leverage’ to help get the transaction across the line.
Importantly, we found Stuart and the colleagues we interacted with all demonstrated really great behaviours. We would say this was an all round excellent job by Dedman Gray and would not hesitate to engage with the team via Stuart again in the future.

Great service from Matthew from start to finish , we liked a shop that was advertised and we called to get details , Matthew was extremely professional and gave me a tour of the property and start to finish we completed in a month . Matthews communication was spot on , chased up the solicitors and ensured we got the keys on time . Thank you and highly recommended
