We purchased our first home with Kyle from Homesforth and were absolutely thrilled with the whole end to end experience. Kyle ensured we completed quickly and answered all questions we had. He even organised for builders to carry out works before we completed (even picking up paint from our house!) which meant the flat was in perfect condition when we got the keys. Kyle even helped organised some bouquets of flowers to be delivered to the flat before we arrived on completion so that my partner could propose as we walked through the door! 10/10 experience I couldn’t fault Kyle and Homesforth in anyway and we will definitely work with them in the future at our next opportunity.

Leeward did our viewing and we were really impressed by him. We’d done a lot of viewings at that point, and so many agents didn’t really care. We felt like Leeroy cared about us and kept us updated along the application process - which is super rare. It’s obviously something he doesn’t have to do, but it made the process much less stressful (and finding a place to rent is very stressful at the moment). He’s a great agent!

Stephen has been an absolute dream to work with from day one. He is helpful, reassuring & incredibly kind. He has gone above & beyond over & over to ensure that I would be able to secure my dream flat. He is communicative, down to earth & will give you the honest truth. Some companies will avoid the bad & not be honest about the flat, but Homesforth is transparent & realistic. The service provided by Homesforth for the purchase of my first home has been nothing short of exceptional. Kyle was extremely helpful through a pretty challenging sales process on my end, doing whatever it took to see the sale through. He took everything on board and was incredibly prompt and efficient. He was happy to answer my endless questions and never made me feel like I was going through quite a daunting process alone. Kyle even went above and beyond to ensure that the flat was in perfect condition before handover- he has been truly amazing!
One thing that really stood out is how helpful Homesforth were in dealing with my enquiries even after hand over of the keys. They really and truly do care about their clients and ensure you are well looked after throughout.
Overall, I cannot recommend Homesforth enough when it comes to buying a home, especially as a first time buyer.

It makes a great change from other letting agents such as Dexters who are unprofessional, rude and clearly just out to make money. You'd be silly to not have Homesforth as your agent and Kyle from the team is fantastic. The team are so warm, friendly and responsive that they really do put many other agents to shame - especially the "big fish" which we've dealt with before that are just so impersonal and transaction-focused. My husband and I were looking for a new rental and we were quite anxious about finding something in this really competitive market in London during Spring/Summer but the team at Homesforth really looked after us and took us to an off market viewing that turned out to be our dream place. Had a quite poor experience from a prospective tenant perspective last year. Estate agent was friendly but late to the viewing and said he would send over photos of the property after the viewing but did not deliver on this. Later - once we had sent our references over - we had no confirmation that our info had been received and had to follow up to get updates on the progress of our enquiry. After the landlady failed to respond to Homesforth a week after we had sent our info, Stephen said he would send over a list of other available properties but we never heard back.

Stephan Torres is the best estate agent I have ever met (not over-exaggerating). As he goes out of his way for his customers, to make sure that they are happy. He’s a great guy with an amazing personality and communication! He also has a great team behind him, Lee was also very helpful when viewing the flat even though I was running late he was very patient. You can tell that Stephan is one of those people who never forget where they came from!

It is not just another run-of-the-mill real estate agency, Homesforth is exceptionally good.
We had an outstanding experience with Steve Torres and his team. Steve’s warm and kind personality makes you feel relaxed and the usually strenuous process of real estate decision making becomes much more bearable. I wish I could say a bliss like drinking coffee at Starbucks :) Seriously, there is something in common in their business approach, my guess is it is friendliness and utter respect to the customer.
Highly professional and knowledgeable, punctual and attentive to all your needs and requests Steve makes you feel that you are definitely in good hands. What surprised me most is how much Steve likes what he is doing and how much personal effort he puts in to make his clients feel satisfied and happy.

After working with Stephen at previous agency I sought him out for the letting of my house in Kensal Rise.
His professional attitude and outstanding photography secured me a letting with the first viewing which was fantastic.
His all-round service is really impressive. Not only has he found me a tenant he also helped with providing the details of tradespeople to carry out repair works on the property, as well as liaising with the previous tenant to gain access for quotations. As a landlord who is not in close proximity to my property I felt that he was working in my best interest at all times.
He has also been able to assist me with the referencing and contract for a property that was not under his management.
I will definitely seek him out for future rentals and highly recommend that you do the same!
