Leeward did our viewing and we were really impressed by him. We’d done a lot of viewings at that point, and so many agents didn’t really care. We felt like Leeroy cared about us and kept us updated along the application process - which is super rare. It’s obviously something he doesn’t have to do, but it made the process much less stressful (and finding a place to rent is very stressful at the moment). He’s a great agent!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Homesforth to find and rent a studio flat. We couldn't be happier with the experience!! The team at Homesforth was incredibly helpful.
In particular, I want to give a shoutout to Kyle. He was our main point of contact throughout the process and he went above and beyond to ensure that we found a flat that met all of our needs. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and he made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way.
Kerri was also a huge help. She was always available when we needed her and she provided excellent support throughout the rental process. It was clear that she cared deeply about making sure that we were happy with our new home.

I had an amazing experience with Homesforth. My first point of contact was Stephen and Lee who continuously updated me throughout the process. Can't thank enough Stephen and his team, especially Kerri, as she was always there to help me out at any given point. Initially, I thought renting a home can be a nightmare but being with Homesforth and Kerri, it was a smooth one.

My boyfriend and my two flatmates were worried when first looking for a place to live in London for the next 12 months but Homesforth took us in with ease and open arms and have allowed us to guarantee our future for the next year. We couldn't have asked for better people to deal with.
Emailing Stephen at the start of the week put us right at ease.
Greeting Leeward at the door of the flat who welcomed us in and gave us what we needed for the perfect viewing and we instantly fell in love.
The final piece of the puzzle was the acceptance phone call from Stephen which was the day after the viewing.

We started our viewing process with Leeward, who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable throughout. He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to source us the best property without hesitation! Quality service.
Once we progressed matters, we engaged dealings with Stephen.
Stephen is the best in the business when it comes to property. A man with experience (without mansplaining either), offered continual support throughout and kept us up to date every step of the way. Friendly, kind, a real salesman with a cracking sense of humour!
