Daryl from Daniel’s Estate Agents was an excellent agent. This was our first time renting privately having converted our house and he held our hand from the start to the finish, taking the time to visit when building works were in place to get a feel for what he would be marketing. Daryl had a good idea of best fit matching tenants to the space and was able to find suitable candidates whom have now already moved in. Communication was strong throughout and he has good knowledge of the rental market and local areas. I would definitely recommend both Daryl and Daniel’s Estate Agents to a friend.

They are the by far the best modern and old fashions agency: a highly modern technology experiences (comms, services and interactions) and good old fashion in-person friendly staff knowing their profession well. They asked me what time Between 3.30pm and 5.30pm I would be available for a viewing. Booked 3.30pm and got the booking confirmation through a message. Got there and met a painter who told me he thinks would not be possible to view it today as the paint on the deck is fresh. Also the agency did not announce him anything as he should have not painted the deck that day. Call agency, no answer. Imagine needing them during the tenancy… “call agency, no answer”. Very unprofessional to waste possible tenants’ time because of lack of organization.

I believe is about racism here...Our experience with this agency and some of the staff was very unpleasant.I have asked to speak to one of the managers and they said is nobody available.I am sure i am not the only one who complained for the staff behaviour,unprofessionalism and bad manners, that is one of the reasons of rejection to approach a manager.
On top of it,i have tried many times to call and ask to speak with someone higher as nobody was willing to solve my issues and she hang up.
I strongly believe that this is racism and the lady thinks that i don't know the law and she can easily go away with it!!
For all of you,stay away from this agency if you don't want headache.

The worst experience we've ever had.We've been renting for 15 years in London and it never happened to get treated this way by agents or landlords Especially Emma Jackson was so rude ,careless and negative.
We have been renting a property for almost 5 years with this agency and we've had always problem with them every time we asked for something. They are very good liars for both sides, we have realised that when we got made for a situation and decided to call directly the landlord.He told us a different story...More than that it always take ages to solve issues as boiler not working, hot water and heating in November...and many other issues...when we have decided to call landlord he fixed them in few days ,as we have mentioned we have a few months old baby and can't stay without heating and hot water until Emma Jackson decide to speak to landlord to send a plumber, than wait for approval,send a plumber on Thursday, get a cote and probably not happy with that... so on, so on,that sorry we need to order some parts for the boiler but we can't fix it until next week Tuesday .So anyway this is just one of the many issues we've had with this agency since we've moved in ...i could talk about them much more,butvi have better things to do.
Just want to say be careful with them ,they are vary bad and unprofessional agency, good liars for tenants and landlords if you are trying to solve things by yourself is even worse, as you will end up losing your deposit for "not getting the permission "to do certain works for your wellbeing that they are not able to do it or they don't care...
P.S. i have many proofs, emails, pictures to show that i am right and my review is based on my experience!

Terrible experience… Mason was appointed as the agent, not one update received directly only received by chasing Daniels/Mason… Sent prospective purchasers to the house and didn’t show for the viewing leaving the homeowner to carry out the viewing and show them around. From a personal experience Daniels showed no interest in trying to sell the property which was very disappointing.

Worst experience...!!!! I have booked a flat paying holding deposit to Daniels. They confirmed that landlord has accepted the offer and strated gathering my details for agreement. After 3 days Daniels letting team sent a mail that landlord has given the offer to diffent agency.
Wasted my valueable time and missed other available properties due to this. There is no policy with landlord to hold the property after paying holding deposit. There is no surity that you will get the property untill agreement is executed.
Deposit was refunded, but there should be some policies with landlord as well.

The experience we have had from the Neasden office in our search for a property has be phenomenal. All the staff go above and beyond in making sure that they tended to our every concern / question. The office atmosphere is fantastic and all the staff and very friendly and responsive. I would most definitely recommend Daniels Neasden to my peers and friends! Thanks again for the great service! Caitlin, Louise, Emma, Mason, and Russell are some of the few amazing people at this branch, and I would recommend any of them at a heart beat!

Do not rent any property of this agency !!! They do not return your deposit !!! The agency that holds the deposit withheld does not return your deposit. They do something with each other, because there was no reason to withhold our deposit and even so they withheld and did not return it. They simply did not accept service notes. They really use canine tactics to keep their deposit. I never recommend !!!

We were worried that with Covid the market would be challenging but they got it rented on the first day of viewings for the full asking price.

Horrible experience with Daniels Estate Agents.Unorganised and very rude staff. The management of Neasden is ridiculous. I suggest you not to rent properties from them!!! They are insulting and disrespectful towards tenanats for reporting problems in the property. Why would you call me lazy for not taking measurements in the property?That's very unprofessional. Warning potential housebuyers against using Daniels Neasden Ln. Agent Reece told us that sellers are accepting our offer but adamantly refused to take the property off the market until our mortgage had been officially approved by the bank (first red flag).
Scared of being gazumped and as instructed by the agent, we pushed the bank to expedite our approval and got a quick homebuyers survey carried out which cost us £750 to ensure everything went through smoothly.
In the meantime the agent screwed up the survey as he 'misplaced the keys' and so had to rebook another date for the surveyor(second red flag).
Subsequently got completely ghosted by the agent for a week as our solicitor had not yet received a memo of sale. Numerous calls by myself, solicitor and mortgage broker to the agent resulted in him finally informing us that "seller has backed out and no longer selling, no explanation".
As suspected, this was a complete lie as we have close friends that live two doors down from the property who told us new buyers moved in to the property shortly after. I have no idea why we would be strung along like this and allowed to waste time and significant amounts of money, other than to pressure other buyers in a bidding war without telling us.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to experience all the stereotypical traits of a cowboy estate agent.

i call first time To inform them that I’m there The person who answered the phone ignore me completely I called after 20 minutes later She told me my colleague is there he will call you in a second and then her colleague called me back which she has no key of the property which I don’t believe he was in the area if they don’t respect the customer it’s shame Please don’t visit them it’s very boor service

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews below as my experience with Daniel's Estate Agents was anything but. My partner and I found a beautiful property to rent for a very competitive price with the help of Dina. We were lucky enough to have been one of the first to view it- and on a Saturday! I was very grateful to Dina for taking time out of her weekend to arrange the viewing. Correspondence with her throughout the offer, holding and tenancy agreement process was swift, easy and convenient; as she was willing to communicate with me via text (due to the nature of my job making it difficult to take calls). She was very proffessional, and promptly relayed to us any information we required regarding the property and landlords wishes, and was even happy to fit us in to her busy schedule for a secondary viewing on short notice. I hope that people do give this agency a chance and don't judge them solely based off of the reviews seen on here.

Very poor service. Finalise to rent a house and paid £500 deposit and send them documents and told my landlord I will moving and week after they call me and I was thinking he said all done but he said landlord gave house to somebody else but how it just from daniel agency let the house . I called to company for deposit and 2 weeks after they refund my deposit ?if they don’t want to gave me they should said on viewing time and I will find somewhere else.

Booked a viewing for a nearby property which the representative didn't bother showing up for. All calls went straight to answer phone and there has been no follow up the next day. No name was provided therefore noone was held accountable. Judging from other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

I had booked an appointment to view a home with one of the representatives at Daniels Estate Agent.
I was going to give them two-stars at first, to not seem bitter, but once I wrote this review out I realised how badly this estate agent performed for a potential customer. No address given, no work number given, no update of appointment cancellation, no call to apologise, no call to rearrange, missed out on property in the following days. Huge disappointment.
Several days before the viewing the estate agent sent over details regarding the property, no new information, nothing that we couldn't find online already. Most importantly they failed to give the exact address of the property and the work contact number for the estate agent who had arranged to meet us.
We ended up finding the property by doing guess work through looking at the picture displayed online and matching with the flat in real life. We waited for the estate agent, but he did not come. We called the office on the number provided, but they were closed. We somehow managed to find the number by diving deep into a google search and after trying several numbers we were finally redirected to the office. We were told that the estate agent, who had arranged to see us, was not on shift that day and no one would be coming to assist with the viewing as the owner was busy that day and the estate agent failed to inform us of the cancellation.
I waited and expected a reply to rearrange when the representative would be back on the Monday; however, I did not get any call back to apologise or to even rearrange. I called on the Tuesday to find out that they had just taken the property off the market as they had found a buyer.
The sales department need to have a strong look at how they treat potential customers. I suggest anyone who has gone through anything similar let them know, because it's a disgrace.

We just tried to letting a propety with them.
We found a flat it was in good condition. I told them we want that flat, we would like an apply. She send me the application form. I filled up, I sended back with all of the paperworks. Then she told me, they will look after everything and they call me back soon. Then nothing not happend. Few days (3-4) later I called them what is happening because I really dont know what is going on Im just waiting for the credit check. She sad to me the flat is gone. I was really angry. Then she wasnt sure about the flat.
I send them an email as well. Then they called me back with this: The flat is gone already.
Sorry but if I have to running after the flat, its really not nice. Its your job, not mine.

Daniels in Neasden is the most unprofessional estate agent in London that I have experienced..
they are biggest lier and rude.
we try to buy house from them, we put an offer and they accepted and they convinced us that the deal will go through as we expected.
We spent money for the search and mortgage after that we /our solicitor and mortgage adviser tried to chase them but they always said they will come back to us which they never did. we waited about 3 months and just had to give up.
can't these people just be honest with us? can't they just tell us the truth?
They don't know how to deal with their clients, they are very unprofessional people.
Never ever go to Daniels especially the Neasden one.
I'm so glad that we didn't offer them to sale our flat....
