Easy to deal with, have used them on a couple of occasions now. Get the job done, don't always achieve the best prices, but at least they do actively find buyers. Once you have a deal in place they are very on the ball, and will do their best to get things through as quickly as possible.

Since March 2022, I have been dealing with Yolanda Doffman, of Hoopers Estate Agents in Neasden. We needed to move abroad for a few years and decided to rent out our property during this period of time. I cannot thank Yolanda enough for all of her help and support during those 2 months leading up to our departure. There were a multitude of requirements and legalities that needed to be sorted out before leaving and with little time to turn everything around. Without her assistance, it would not have been possible.

Awful service? Do sellers get many viewings with Hoopers? Hoopers seem not keen to sell. There was a flat I wanted to view. Three times I tried to arrange a viewing but each time they shrugged me off saying the property is occupied/tenanted. Surely the solution is that they need to get the seller to arrange with their tenants times that prospective buyers may have viewings.

I have dealt with many estate agents, and these are by far the worst. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. The manager, Jason is rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them. Use another agent!

I found Coopers very professional and helpful throughout the process. My house was on the market and sold within a few weeks. Kirit arranged viewings at times to suit myself and complied with Covid procedures. I was kept well informed by Kirit after all viewings. Highly recommend.

Terrible interviewing technique by John Hooper(FNAEA). Didn't even know the interviewees name. Didn't even have his interviewees CV to hand and responded I couldn't be bothered to look for it. It's a two way street during an interview and you should know who you're conducting the meeting with. They are interviewing just for the sake of it and wasting peoples time by not doing their background and history checks. Personally I think he's looking for someone "mature" like himself because he can't be "holding peoples hands" for this job. Good luck to anyone who works for Hoopers especially the Neasden branch.

She is extremely professional and she’s always got a fantastic smile.
Whenever you speak to her on the phone she always puts you at ease she’s always very cheerful on the phone.

the flat was painted after moving my paint, it was a mold, the apartment was cleaned, and the damage was not repaired at my own expense. furniture in the apartment was not. pictures how come I made langlod how the apartment went in. and I did not regain the entire deposit. I should give them real estate agencies, but I only took a half-time deposit because a moment later I was to give birth to a tiny child and I did not have any money.

Putting your family home on the market is a terrifying prospect for most people and we hadn’t done it for 36 years.
John Hooper visited us quickly and was encouraging and optimistic. We judged him to be the best of the agents we consulted.
