Putting your family home on the market is a terrifying prospect for most people and we hadn’t done it for 36 years.
John Hooper visited us quickly and was encouraging and optimistic. We judged him to be the best of the agents we consulted.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service received. I had my property rented out by Hoopers. The tenants destroyed my home. When it came for the Hopper’s Agent to prepare my case to escalate the deposit dispute to the DPS. He misread the form and didn’t send in all the evidence. I lost the case and now out of pocket by over £2k....
