Great service! I would recommend to anyone. Single handed, Jason Gibbs, who I dealt with, managed an entire chain despite being only responsible for one element. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service received. I had my property rented out by Hoopers. The tenants destroyed my home. When it came for the Hopper’s Agent to prepare my case to escalate the deposit dispute to the DPS. He misread the form and didn’t send in all the evidence. I lost the case and now out of pocket by over £2k....
