Hoopers have managed the letting of my flat for ten years, they have provided a very good service. They have always found good tenants who look after the property and pay the rent on time. Also they recommended good local trades men when any maintenance was required. I had no problems over ten years.

Since March 2022, I have been dealing with Yolanda Doffman, of Hoopers Estate Agents in Neasden. We needed to move abroad for a few years and decided to rent out our property during this period of time. I cannot thank Yolanda enough for all of her help and support during those 2 months leading up to our departure. There were a multitude of requirements and legalities that needed to be sorted out before leaving and with little time to turn everything around. Without her assistance, it would not have been possible.
Yolanda continues to support and help us whilst living so far away. It is comforting to know that our home is being cared for and is in very good hands.
The reliability that she has provided has been invaluable and I would highly recommend the services of this particular lady. She is a very valuable asset to this company and to this particular branch.

Jason at Hoopers has been an absolute pleasure to work with from both a buyer and a seller perspective. He is personable, knowledgeable about the areas and always doing his best to show you the properties. He is very easy to deal with from the seller side and can always be contacted and gets back quickly about queries. After everything is said and done we wouldn’t have any hesitation coming back to Hoopers. One of the best agents we have worked with from any of the agencies (Foxtons, Dexters, Marsh and Parsons etc)

Good evening. I would like to share my experience with Hoopers estate agency, especially my experience with Yolanda Lopes Dias.
First of all I have to write that I arrived to London in May 2022 ( because war started in Ukraine). Ukrainian communiy informed me that it is impossible to rent a flat/ house, because it is high risk. But Yolanda was considerate with me and my son and we managed to rent during 2 weeks.
