I have been renting with this agency since september 2019. They were all very nice until the diffult moments started. I had mice back during the first lockdown and they managed eventually to get me some work done to prevent this to happen in the future, not to mention that the job they have got done by their contractor is so badly made that now our under-sink storage lost half of the capacity. Our TV broke off suddently and they refused to replace it so I had to buy it myself. Only after I bought it myself then they offered me to replace it. Too late! We have been having ever since issue with the neighbor who refuses to pay the water bill, which I pay for the whole floor and they have done Nothing to help me with this. Now I have been sending email and messages since the 24/10 and none bothered returning to me. Unfortunately for me I love this flat, and with the difficulties of the pandemic it has been very difficult to find somewhere else up to our liking. But definitely this is not a professional agency. And i would not recommend it to anyone.... Read more
