Very impressed with the service provided by Jessica at Horton estate agents, who recently helped us sell our house. Not only was she very personable, but you always felt she took our questions or concerns seriously, and would return calls almost immediately. Superb communication, very friendly and also calm-headed - just what you need when going through the stressful business of trying to buy/ sell houses. Whenever anything came up that appeared problematic, Jessica instantly put our minds to rest and immediately got on the case to try and sort it. Very good experience all-round, would definitely recommend her.
