Nicole is a fantastic estate agent! Selling our home in 7 days after previously being unable to sell for 6 months with a prior company, dealing with chain issues and offering advice on our next purchase and much more. Highly recommended she offers a very personable experience and truly cares, wearing many hats and always at the end of the phone we're not quite sure how she does it but she does it without fail and we couldn't of got through our journey without her - thank you Nicole! We sold 2 houses with Charlotte Poulton at Hortons. Communication, judgement and organisation was excellent. Both houses sold within 10 days, one above asking. Cannot recommend her enough

Nicole at Hortons is incredible. We had some worries before putting our house on the market. Nicole reassured us and answered all questions we had. Our house had been on the market previously and didn’t sell after a few weeks, however Nicole sold our house in 3 days!! House sales are never easy sailing however Nicole made everything appear so smooth and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough and will be contacting Nicole in the further when we are ready to move on. Thank you so much Nicole, you have been fantastic ????

lack of communication was an issue, we had to chase for updates. Initially our property was marketed as a bungalow. Its a 4 bed house so unable to find during searches
