Nicole at Hortons is incredible. We had some worries before putting our house on the market. Nicole reassured us and answered all questions we had. Our house had been on the market previously and didn’t sell after a few weeks, however Nicole sold our house in 3 days!! House sales are never easy sailing however Nicole made everything appear so smooth and straight forward. We started this process by dipping our toes in to see what was about, we viewed our now forever home with Nicole without even having our old house up for sale yet! She knew straight away how much we loved the house and gave us all the advice and steps to take to get our hands on it. She made recommendations that lead to the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one in a matter of weeks!
Nicole’s not just your average agent, shes with you every step of the way, we could contact her night or day and she would respond, she helped with chasing solicitors and was in communication with everyone involved in our sale as well as our purchase. Honestly we couldn’t recommend Nicole enough for a seamless experience in such stressful times!

Nicole Beales from Hortons estate agents, was highly recommended to us by a neighbour, after their house had been on the market for several months with another estate agent. Nicole sold their house within 5 days!
We had a very pleasant two hour meeting with Nicole, when she came to see us about the sale of our house.Before meeting her, we felt quite apprehensive about the selling business due to a very negative experience in the past. As soon as we met Nicole, we felt at ease and totally confident that she would be there for us to guide and support us through the whole event.
Nicole was not in the slightest bit 'pushy' or overbearing, and was friendly, polite and professional.
Nicole showed our buyers around our house just two days after our meeting, and rang us the next morning to inform us that the buyers had made an offer!
Nicole was superb throughout the sale; super efficient, and always available when we needed her advice.
We have no hesitation in recommending Nicole to any one thinking of putting their property on the market; she's fabulous!

Nick was exceptional during the sale of our house. He came over to value and market our house within a day or two of asking him to, had six viewings lined up immediately and sold the house for the asking price within 24 hours! You can’t ask for any more than that... but Nick gives you more than that, he’s very responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure any problems are resolved quickly. Hortons are a modern day agency and I wouldn’t use anyone else if I ever needed to sell in the future.

Nick recently helped us sell our first home so we could upsize. Not only did Nick find us buyers within a couple of weeks, but he was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The big bonus for us was that he used WhatsApp as a means of communication, which meant he was easily contacted and responded quickly. This was useful at the beginning and essential towards the end when the exchange started to breakdown at the other end of the chain. We brought a house through Hortons and it was not that straight forward , however with Nicks guidance and help the process went went so much smoother than it could have done and that is down to Nick!
No matter what day or time Nick would be on the end of the phone answering queries and managing my anxiety’s, fast forward several months and we are now in our dream house which at times did not seem we would ever be , this is down to Nicks professionalism and patience! And also he is super nice guy ! We would recommend Nick and Hortons in a heartbeat !
