We have worked with Jenny, Vernon and team over the past few years and have both bought and sold through Moores on more than one occasion. When it comes to buying property in and around Rutland, I could not recommend anyone else higher than Moores. They have a great network of repeat customers and contacts which means they always have a handle on what is moving in the market. I also want to recommend Jess in the team who is always extremely responsive and has the customer's best interest at heart. We have not had the easiest experiences of buying/selling but I know that we always have the team at Moores looking after our best interests. I highly recommend the Moores team, whether you are buying or selling. Keep up the great work!

From start to finish, Jess looked after us securing the property viewings at the drop of a hat, negotiating the sale terms and encouraging the procedure of our purchase right through to completion. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism Jess and the rest of the Oakham branch maintained in a friendly and responsive manner. Upon viewing a rental property with this establishment, we were left feeling very annoyed by the unprofessional attitude of the inexperienced letting agent who dealt with us.
After several phone calls being unanswered, we expressed concern in the delay for a response to the property enquiry (Four days after the viewing and application being submitted) to which we received lies over the phone as well as very rude and unprofessional responses, full of attitude and excuses.
- I have received better customer service from teenagers on work experience!.
I do not recommend using this amateur estate agency for anything.

A brilliant team. Professional, friendly and helpful. They sold my house In 3 days, but I would have recommended them anyway. They keep you informed, have lots of viewings lined up and are always ready to help and advise.

Having recently sold a 6000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom 15 acre luxury 8 stable equestrian property in Cheshire, we were looking for a small base to rent, in Rutland to pursue new business ventures in the area, whilst maintaining our other new large Cheshire base. Despite offering full rental upfront and having excellent rating we were still waiting 4 days later with no news. Having bought and sold many houses over the last 20 years and worked with many estate agents in the purchase sector, I am hugely disappointed by the unprofessional, inexperienced and rude manner of Moores. When we do sell another property, as we now have interest to be more permanent in the Rutland area, sadly we will not be using this agent.
Update:
I have emailed yourselves to advise you to remove comments that were not actions made by myself, my only contact directly was one phone call. I did not even view the property as I was too busy. Please can you also remove other parties names as you should only be responding to myself and my experience.

Jenny has been a star all the way through this very long and stressful process. We put an offer in on our chosen property in October 2020. Thinking maybe we would be in by Christmas! What with one thing and another we are finally moving next week. She has always been there with a positive response when we were feeling despondent. Always being professional and helpful. Thank you for all your help. I would definitely recommend this Estate agent.
