We approached Hortons after having had 11 weeks with two other agents chose by the builder of our new home. We only had a combination of 3 viewings between them both. Having missed out on 2 plots with the builder, and house prices increasing by 5%, we decided to research into and appoint an agent directly.
Hortons seemed a modern forward thinking and on watching our agent Jess’s video, we were both sold. She knows the area, is passionate and understands what the right marketing can do. Replying to an email enquiry on a bank holiday was proof alone that she was different and works very hard.
In under 2 weeks we had more interest and viewings than in the past 11 weeks by two agents all undertaken by Jess and the team with feedback and communication throughout the process.
We can fully recommend Hortons and Jess. Communication from day 1 was 1st class! Had we gone with Hortons and Jess 11 weeks prior, we might have been able to save ourselves thousands of pounds of price increases.
Jess Beesley is a complete asset to Hortons and changed our view of Estate agents. ??????????

5 stars doesn't do justice to the service provided by Mark and Horton's. From day one Mark went the extra mile and proactively managed the whole process. Communication was exemplary; I genuinely don't believe that the service could have been any better.

I'm happy with the service we received. They didn't need to really market the property much as we sold to the first buyer and we conducted the viewing ourselves. There were other viewings lined up so I'm sure they would have delivered an excellent service if required to.

The moment that Jess came to value our property we felt comfortable with her.
She was polite and professional and certainly knew the market.
Jess was in contact with us throughout the process, not overboard , just enough so we knew what was happening, and would always answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We had contact via email, photo he and WhatsApp, which I felt helped us stay connected.
Possibly slightly more expensive fee wise, but overall I would say certainly warranted it.

From start to finish I was impressed with Jess & her approach to my house sale. I had my house up for sale with another agent initially but was disappointed with quality of viewers with many just tyre kickers & just wanted to be nosey.
The marketing was excellent & the video Jess did was really impressive.
I think where Jess really came into her own was her personal touch whilst still being professional & efficient. She was easily contactable at all times and nothing was too much trouble.
Her recommendation on which Solicitor to use was also invaluable.
During a difficult legal process she keep all parties calm & was on the ball pushing to get the sale through in time for the stamp duty deadline. She went above and beyond & is easily the best agent I've ever used. I got a great price for my house & saved on the Stamp Duty.
I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service I received from Hortons Estate Agents. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. Ashley was fantastic in keeping commication fluid on my purchase. I can not thank you enough for everything you have done none for us. Ashley you are a credit to the company & yourself. We used Hortons to market our house which sold just before Christmas, I don’t usually leave reviews but Hortons specifically Beth provided us with such a great service that I’m happy to leave one. Our house was only on the market for a few months before we received and accepted an offer and Beth went above and beyond my expectations of what an estate agent should do. One totally satisfied customer????
