I was very pleased with the pictures and with the promise to change them when the snow had gone. They phoned me with an offer on Sunday so nothing too much trouble at any time. They charge a competitive price and build good relationships with potential buyers so very pleased.

I’d say Hortons were just ok. It felt like I had to chase them for updates all the time. They were also not willing to help my solicitor when the buyer hadn’t sent documents in time for completion.
