I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Initially, House Fox were enthusiastic, but this evaporated quite quickly and mistakes were made with viewings and mixups with other properties, so I had to check daily with them regarding viewings, which was stressful! Viewings over several weeks culminated in no offers and their advice to me was to keep reducing the price for a sale! I changed agent as soon as I could.... Read more
