This was our first home after rental multiple properties. This transition was very smooth and there was no issues at all. We wanted a quick sell and the team especially Adam helped us as we was first time buyers. He even helped with our solicitors whos non responsive attitude give us some concerning moments. Very happy in our new home and the how the sell was completed.

After 11 months we finally got our house sale over the line. Not the easiest of sales with lots of up and downs along the way. When the mess hit the fan there was one man not panicking. Adam Penwell sprang into action .This man has more trick's up his sleeve than David Blaine. Workaholic Adam kept the deal alive with his charm witt and most of all professionalism keeping us updated with honest feedback. A very bad agent, Ray Stromberg.
Today I was 5 mins late for the appointed viewing (the property is not well shown on google map).
I knocked the door and no one answered, i wait for 5 mins then call their company. Someone picked up the phone and asked me to wait them there.
I waited for another 30 mins and no one came.
Then, I phoned them again and they said i was late and the agent was going to another appointment already. I told them I drove there for an hour and ask for the same day viewing rearrangement but they refused to do it. What a service!
The most furious thing is they never intend to give me a call for the cancellation nor rearrangement of the viewing. They just fooled me there for 30 mins. I didn’t accept the rearrangement of the viewing after it.
They could call me in advance or checked where I was if they really urged for the next appointment. I don’t think a 5 mins late is a big problem for a viewing. You think i could finish the viewing within 5 mins? I don’t think this is a professional way to treating a customer. Seems they are lacking the skills of communication with the customers.
I would never give them my business nor recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

Absolutely awful, we viewed a bungalow and put in an offer on the day of viewing in the garden .
4 days later we hadn't heard so upped our offer through the same estate agent as we loved the property.
2 days later I visited the office in Worle to be told that the occupant was looking for a specific property and would not be selling until they found one ...not to worry they had leafleted the properties desired and would be in touch ....2 days later on Rightmove sstc ! I was called and told that an offer had been put forward to good to refuse ! How did they know what we were going to offer? In the meantime as we had buyers who were desperate to proceed we had offered on another property. I was then told a week later "well you can still put your offer in !! " I am so disappointed with the way we have been treated ...I would never use or recommend this company...I feel we should of been told on 1st offer or 2nd offer the truth ....We would not pull out on our offer on another property 2 weeks later or expect the buyers who put in offer to good to be true ! To lose their purchase...I feel the communication was awful and a apology somewhere along the way was needed

They couldn't help me to find a house. There is nothing they can do when it is the Landlord who makes the last decision. Anyway.The service is exemplary and communication is fast. They were always polite. Definitely I recommend.

Unprofessional and bad communication. We had a hard time contacting them about viewings and recieving any confirmation email so we had no detailed information making travel to the properties difficult. Further agreed conditions were not met and we weren't informed beforehand.
Despite this we wanted to communicate our further questions but the responses we got were unnecessarily rude. We are quite disappointed as we were expecting a more professional service. We will not be using this company again.

I have no hesitation in recommending Brightestmove to anyone looking to instruct an estate agent. I found Gareth and his team to be helpful and patient throughout. Elements of our move were frustrating at times; but not due to Brightestmove. However, Gareth always went out of his way to offer advice and reassurance. I think our house sale/purchase could have been quite stressful had it not been for Gareth. Thank you. Great job.

We’re very impressed with Gareth and his team at Brightest Move in Worle who got our purchase through in 18 days to exchange of contracts from when we agreed to buy.
When everyone told it takes months it took less than three weeks thanks to the motivation of the agent and the two solicitors all working together!

Terrible service and consideration for customers. I waited a week to get answers about an application and had no response by email or call. You need to call every day or email if you want an answer. Easier to build a house by yourself than rent with brightestmove.
