This is a dreadful company, very poor service, unprofessional and although they were paid to manage a let property the property is vandalised, filthy dirty and I would never recommend anyone to go with them.... Read more

I am renting a property in Rubery and the landlord, owner of the property is probably one of the best landlords anyone could wish for. Friendly, helpful and a damn good bloke. However, we have recently been moved to Elliot Laurence to look after the property and I am soooo unhappy with the service. Disgraceful, poor customer service and damn right arrogance is all I can say. Love our home, love our landlord, no words for the Estate Agent so lets leave it there.... Read more
