Sold my house through the ladies at Elliot Laurence. Lovely to deal with a family business. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Very happy x

This is a dreadful company, very poor service, unprofessional and although they were paid to manage a let property the property is vandalised, filthy dirty and I would never recommend anyone to go with them.

I am a Landlord with a large portfolio that I manage. However, I recently used the services of Elliot Laurence for a new rental and I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from finding a tenant to the paperwork being issued. I will definitely use again and will recommend to my fellow Landlords

I am renting a property in Rubery and the landlord, owner of the property is probably one of the best landlords anyone could wish for. Friendly, helpful and a damn good bloke. However, we have recently been moved to Elliot Laurence to look after the property and I am soooo unhappy with the service. Disgraceful, poor customer service and damn right arrogance is all I can say. Love our home, love our landlord, no words for the Estate Agent so lets leave it there.
