Great team, kept us updated all the way, Romily was the best agent to visit and value our house very respectful of the property and her experience showed, other agents we considered touched door handles etc around our home, which we found off-putting during COVID restrictions, Romily kept her distance, asked me to open all doors as I showed her round and did not even take a seat, we appreciated these precautions during these crazy times. Lara in the office who dealt with us from that point on was extremely helpful all the way pushing for things to move forward and chasing people daily, Oh, and did I mention they sold our house a day after it went on the market!! We felt that because a fixed charge was being applied, there was no incentive to challenge for an increase in sales price. Appeared to settle for less value than we expected but declined barter on the property and achieved nearly what we asked for the property. Communication could be better between colleagues - either nobody would call or two people would call. Romily was amazing at the begining. Very good at her job. Failed to listen to contact details initially resulting in wrong partner being contacted about viewings an purchase offers. On the whole, very grateful to them but required a good bit of effort on our part.... Read more
