From the moment James Cope came to value our property we felt we would be in good hands and our trust in the company was proved when we had three viewings straight away and had sold our property for the full asking price within a week of its being marketed. Thanks to the team at Arden’s in Bromsgrove for their great efforts in finding me a buyer and their persistence in seeing it through to completion. At some points during the sale I was concerned that my buyer would pull out of the purchase but I was kept updated throughout the process and we have finally exchanged contracts. Thank You to Lara and Kirtsy in the sales progression team and Jon, Sarah, Charlotte, Christine, Abbey and Jackie in the sales team, would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Arden. My house was sold within 5 days of going on the market and the team at Arden worked solidly on my behalf, relieving the pressure on me. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have also sold a second house with Arden. This house was initially up for sale with a competitor and didn't sell after 12 weeks. Put the house through Arden and again it was sold within a week.

Ardens are the only Estate Agent I will ever use in the future to sell a property and my preference would be to purchase through them.

Highly recommended, don't use anyone else. Also, their relationship with the Solicitors is spot on.
