We had 11 viewings the first day and 5 offers the next day of which we accepted one. So house sold in less than a week. The legal side and exchange of contracts went through without a hitch. AP were the estate agents for our vendors, although the staff were friendly, it was very frustrating having to go through them. We often had to chase them for information, especially regarding any updates about the vendors finding a property, as we had to wait so long for this to happen. We then would have to wait for long periods to hear back from them about queries. They did not seem to be understanding of our frustration of waiting almost a year for completion, lacking compassion from their side. Once our vendors were finally ready to complete, there was a hold up on our end (as we had waited almost a year) and we were constantly being contacted by AP morgan which was frustrating. Showing they were only bothered about the sale and vendors, rather than those buying. The after sales were also poor, and as soon as the property was out of their hands they wanted nothing to do with us and our queries. We were not happy with the property once we moved in and they did not care at all and fobbed us off. Maybe ok to sell through them but would try and avoid them for purchasing through in the future. But don't worry, you will get a bag of mostlyrubbish once your sale has gone through, to make up for everything.

AP Morgan was the estate agent for the people we brought our new home from, so while we did not personally choose them, I would in the future from my experience. Everyone we dealt with, from the person showing us around the house to the after sales consultant, was fantastic.
Michelle Chatwin especially was amazing. She was our go-to person when we needed answers that our lawyers couldn't answer. She called me straight after we had our offer accepted to offer help and guidance where needed, she liased with our mortgage broker and solicitor to help for a smooth sale and put our mind and answered every time I emailed her. She is amazing at her job.

After an initial great start from the photographer putting the brochure together speedily and first day viewings carried out by Nikki and an offer from 2 of the 3 viewings in went from Good to Bad.
Following my journey of 12 weeks with them and an aborted sale on the day of exchange it very quickly went from 5 star to 1. They have let themselves down magnificently. Lying, arrogance and not understanding some aspects of the progression.
DO NOT use their recommended conveyancers or in-house financial advisor . The conveyancers are owned by the same owner as AP Morgan!!! Awais Ahmed. They will never stop recommending them because of this despite how bad they are. They are NOT solicitors, in case you are in doubt. Conveyancers!!!
They are shambolic. I voiced my concerns many many times during the process as my buyer was encouraged to use them.
My solicitor had to send contracts out on 3 occasions to them. Causing weeks and
Weeks of delays.
My buyer has 3 different conveyancers within the 12 weeks after which time the transaction which fell apart and on the day of exchange (12 weeks on) due to the negligence on the conveyancers part by not checking where the gifted deposit had originated from. This is one of the first things they should do once they know a GD is going to be used. Even they’re recommended in house IFA could have investigated this also along with the agent. They don’t need to wait for a lender to request this information before release of funds knowing these questions will be asked as part of money laundering regulations which even agents have to follow. I had seen evidence from the lender that release of funds was going to take place so don’t believe that a lender asked of this in the day of exchange and after confirmation that funds were being released for completion 3 days later. Had either of them had carried out these checks I wouldn’t have waited the full 12 weeks wasting my time on a buyer who wasn’t able to proceed. During this time I served notice to tenants so now find myself with an empty property with bills to pay and no rent. It has cost me dearly as well in solicitor costs and of course the market has now dropped and I am marketing at £10k less than I was. Their staff don’t listen and when I questioned other aspects of the progression as I had my doubts over other matters and I was told by Nikki she was not at liberty to discuss this with me!!!! Why would they not share information about the progression of the sale, dates when my buyer has submitted vital paperwork etc. it’s because they were not progressing the sale or he wasn’t doing what he should have or their solicitor. They should be transparent when acting on your behalf . I even asked them to leave my property on the market in any event it should not proceed and never once did I have a call to say there were other interested parties. Again I had my suspicions so asked 2 friends to call for a viewing they were told it was sold. Neither of them were asked for their details in any event. That was the whole point of keeping on RM as available. There are so many other aspects I could share with you but it would be a very long review. They may be good at the start but fail miserably after that. They have frustrated and stresses me which was all avoidable. Stay clear of this agent. I now do not trust their ethics and credibility at all.

Only downside of APMorgans service was recommending Chapter Law solicitors.

I was persuaded by the estate agent to try the “modern auction” route, with them stressing the likelihood of selling the property for more than the average for the area. In the event, it was completely overvalued, which effectively priced it out of the market. The whole process was an unmitigated disaster, and caused untold stress for the family.

Overall I feel that the company is well known for selling great properties within the region but I had a bad experience with them personally.
I initially placed an offer on a property and following this had the property reevaluated by a property developer/ family friend. After realizing there was some issues I decided to retract my offer.
Since then, I have had a biased and unfair service from the company:
- Viewings not being offered at all when new properties were put on the site
- Being told lies by a particular colleague that another property I was interested in had an offer accepted on a Saturday however when I checked with another colleague a decision wasn't to be made by Monday, hence trying to budge me out of a potential buying situation which I found very disappointing
- Being told by the manager that I was in the first batch of viewings for next week but then receiving a call saying the property had been sold a week before 'first batch' viewings had commenced.
After complaining the manager finally got back to me to clarify that they are not mistreating me however I am yet to feel like they are trying their best to help me going forwards. I feel there is a sense of arrogance from the employees who feel they can toy with buyers at their own discretion.
Overall, I feel treated very unfairly by the company on multiple occasions and feel let down for just trying to purchase a home.
I DO NOT recommend this company to first time buyers as they will be left feeling demoralized and unmotivated in their search for a new home. I will not be contacting them again for their services.

I used AP Morgan (Birmingham Office) to sell my house and it was an excellent experience. The team are friendly and professional, and offered expert advice to guide us through the selling process. Dylan's photography was spot on and the marketing led to a great deal of interest and over 20 viewings in one day! The final sales price achieved was significantly above the asking price and exceeded our expectations, as well as setting a new benchmark for our road. This is all down to the hard work of Jack and Zoe who represented our property to achieve the very best results. Sold our house with them, they organised all the viewings to allow the minimum disruption to our young family, made it very clear throughout what to expect.
We had a very drawn out sale but throughout the after sales team were great, chasing up our buyer and his contacts to keep us informed. Antoinette was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone selling in this area.
I do not know about value for money as we were very lucky to list at the same time as they were running a promotional offer allowing us the full service for a £1 fee.

This is un professional & racist estate agent, 5 previous offers rejected with out any explanation, on the 6th offer I waited 10 days for their reply if my offer accepted or not, eventually on Monday Oct.10th she came back to me that my offer is accepted & they are ready to exchange details, following day Tuesday she declined my offer again with out any explanation. Almost 3 months I was viewing properties advertised by this agent with out any result.

AP Morgan, amazing value, very professional team of individuals providing an outstanding service. Nicole was clear and concise when attending the property while explaining the services provided by AP Morgan. Nicole arranged instantly for the forsale sign to placed outside, and for the photographer to then attend the property at a time to suit.
The photographer Dylan then arrived remaining professional throughout, Dylan took all of the pictures which were stunning, while allowing us time to clear the room advising the best way to take pictures so people could appreciate the the space and property on offer. Dylan is clearly an excellent photographer and a true credit to AP Morgan and the team that they have.
This is a team who clearly care about you and your home.
