I cannot recommend Hugh and his team highly enough. A thorough understanding of the Islington property market and wider understanding of the general market means he can offer professional and pertinent advice. We sold our house through them 18 months ago and there were a few hiccups along the way which Hugh predicted and dealt with. We are very grateful to the whole team for their support and success.

Hugh, Nick, Phillip and Chloe make a great team - very experienced and expert in the Islington market. In particularly uncertain times their skills at pitching our 2-bed maisonette at the right price meant that we had about 50 viewings in 6 weeks and, in the end, the property went to sealed bids with four well over the asking price.
At all stages we were kept fully informed of progress on bids and viewings and they were great at keeping the whole process moving with close attention to detail and making sure things were properly followed up.
You are in safe hands when Hugh and the team working for you - we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Friendly and professional service. Valued our house at the right price and were able to get a large number of viewings through the door in a short period of time. Sold the house slightly below asking, but more a function of the market than their service. We were under a tight deadline to complete on our next purchase and Hugh Grover pushed the transaction along so that we made it. Would recommend.

When we decided to sell our property in Islington we contacted a number of Upper St. estate agents to obtain a valuation and, from the start, Hugh Grover came across as the most professional and experienced. Their valuation was based on concrete evidence of similar properties they had sold in the area. In addition to that, they also came recommended by a neighbour who had sold through them and had been very happy. We were particularly impressed by the joint years of experience they offered across their team members.
