The team recently helped market my flat in Islington over quite a lengthily period whilst the block of flats were going through fire safety / cladding issues. They were unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Will, Izzy, Geoff, Dan and Karen were always on hand to offer their advice but were never pushy. They always understood their seller.

I actually ended up selling with a second estate agent as their buyers offered way over asking price which made it impossible to refuse, but the team were extremely professional and happy for me that I got the best price possible. Even with Brexit, an Election and Christmas looming, Dexter’s Islington still sold my flat in a slowing market. This was down to the hard work of Izzy and Will, combined with a strategy that was executed to perfection on. Everything discussed was delivered by the Team with dozens of viewings to back their claims of a wide and deep database of potential buyers.
