Have been hunting for a flat to rent in Islington. I recently found one through Cluttons and thanks to Bhavika who took us through the viewing and the process. She answered all of our questions and followed through with the requests we had about the property. Very efficient and professional EDIT: Bhavika was still great nothing changed about that. However, once we moved in, plenty of problems have arised in the house (some of which they were aware before we moved in) and our property manager has been responsive at first and then completely ignored us for what is now more than a month. We have tried to reach out to Cluttons in other ways but still not much is being done. We occasionally get a drop in from contactors to fix something but we still have some major issues and absolutely no communication whatsoever from Cluttons property manager.... Read more

Hamish promptly responded to my inquiry and made sure to check-in with me to understand exactly what I was looking for. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, he even accommodated my request to arrange viewings post 6pm so I could get to them conveniently after work. One instance that stands out is when I was running late due to rush hour traffic, he waited patiently outside the property for over 20 minutes in the rain.
