We were a buying through Hunters and found them to be responsive and helpful throughout the process. We mainly dealt with Faye and Lauren, who were always quick to get back to our queries. Towards the end of the process we really needed help with something and Lauren went completely out of her way to assist us, which we really appreciated.

I rang to book 2 viewings and was told they would text me 24 hours before the bookings. The first viewing should be 12 noon or thereabouts on Wednesday 20.10.21. It is now 17.35 on Tuesday evening and no text messages at all. We are not from round here, we are on holiday and using the time to view properties with a view to relocating here. So thanks very much for nothing and wasting.our time as we could possibly have booked something else.

Very poor follow up from the moment we were made to wait for keys the morning of moving into the property. Still waiting for repairs to be done as we are about to move out over 2 years later ! Now I am waiting for call back that I've almost given up waiting for.!!!!

Going to Hunters was a good decision. They worked hard to secure our sale and were very successful.
They are extremely professional, value your custom and add just enough of the personal touch to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage them again or recommend them to other people.

Having struggled to sell my flat for approx 2.5 years, i felt that i needed to change estate agents.
from my initial conversation with James in the office, i felt that Hunters offered an energy and enthusiasm that was not matched by the previous company.
So fast forward to getting the property live on the open market and not long after we were halted by the corona virus lockdown. this was frustrating/disappointing that yet more time was going to pass by.
however during this time, James rang me from his home to advise that hunters were still working and drawing up a list of potential viewers via online tools such as rightmove when people were declaring their interest in your property. so i felt reassured that i wasn't just left on the sidelines and that we would hit the ground running when lockdown had finally passed.
when viewings were allowed i must have had roughly 10 different viewers+ in quick succession (agreed at a time suitable to me). i got feedback on each viewing inc positives and negatives. Hunters agents managed the H&S by insisting on masks worn and hand sanitiser used by all viewers. Then in less then 2 months i had an offer accepted that reflected 98% of my asking price, so in context of what i was hoping to achieve for the sale of my property, this was extremely pleasing.
Even at the solicitor stage i was put in touch with the after sales team, who kept me up to speed with how things were progressing.
in conclusion i would happily recommend hunters Scarborough for their professionalism, hard work ethic amongst all staff and most importantly their level of communication throughout the selling process.
you only have to look round Scarborough when you are out and about to see the number of "sold" signs from Hunters, to see how well they are currently working.

Not usually a person who gives reviews, but Hunters deserve full credit for helping to sell my flat.
Very efficient and professional from the off, combined with excellent communication throughout.
All the team were great, Rachael the Head of after sales in particular, without her chasing I don’t think we would have ever got to exchange...
My poor choice in solicitors didn’t help matters, but got there in the end.
Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Excellent staff with a real passion for what they do. Communication was great at all times, enthusiasm for the sale of the property was there from the very beginning and help was only a phone call or email away, even through the Covid crisis, the professionalism and care for customers never dwindled. Would definitely advise anybody to use this wonderful company.
On the other hand, please do not get lulled into using Hunters Conveyancing or Premier Property Lawyers, nothing but trouble and added costs will come your way if you do.... you have been warned!!!
