Very good experience with Dan Savage. He chased the sellers solicitors regularly due to the delay in them providing important and relevant enquiries requested by my solicitors.
Dan was always on hand for any questions I had and was very patient and very good at explaining the processes with me being a first time buyer.

Many thanks to Dan Savage and the rest of the team in sorting out the sale of our flat. Polite communication, and very helpful when our buyer's solicitors went to ground in poking them back into action. In the initial valuation, they gave realistic advice and were refreshing in being the only agents who did not seek to give a poor impression of their competition, and to be very practical in their advice when it came to viewings.
