Moved into a flat through them and lots of things was wrong like drains leaking pipe behind toilet wich lead to rotting floorboards bad smells ect and always struggled to get hold of them when we did they kept saying they would pass it on and never heard back. Got so bad we moved out thank god. ( never call back when they say they will) we went through council and even environmental health visitor decided it was unsuitable for us to live in.

Staff is highly unprofessional. Doesn't even care for a viewing to rent an apartment. If at all an appointment is booked they doesn't keep the word. If asked the reason, shamelessly admit that they don't have any record for the appointment. Repeatedly doing the same drama.

I can't thank Hollie and her team at Andrew Cowen enough. I have just purchased my very first property, and unfortunately had some difficulties with solicitors and hurdles along the way. Hollie was attentive, quick and always happy to assist me when I needed it. It's been a really tough few weeks getting to completion stage, but I couldn't have done it without Hollie.
