Altogether an awful experience which was only saved by the brilliance of Dionne. At least three of the viewers said that they had emailed requests to view and didn`t get a reply. When we agreed the sale I called the office to let them know and the reply was "right". After originally sending the buyers details through we didn`t hear from CPH for weeks, although we did hear from our sellers agent several times. It was only when Dionne became involved that things improved and I firmly believe the chain would have collapsed without her endeavours. Thank you Dionne.

Stressful, badgered by phone calls about things we had no control over. Expected us to have answers about other people in the chain and legal matters being dealt with by the solicitors. Would not have recommend to anyone else.
