5th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COST ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. We have been treated terribly since day dot, they lied to us about our property and said all this work would be done and it never was. The property was filthy and unsafe, they took all our money and sent it to the landlord without our permission after we ended the tenancy. We delt with David Sinclair and the service is completely unprofessional and extremely rude, he took days and days to reply to us and always ignored my questions and was always sarcastic on the phone.

17th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)After trying & failing to sell our Home with two Estate Agents. One a prominent York based Agent the other an on line Agent. Giving it one last try Matt took on our home. After having so many people troop through our home without any interest .Which was extremely stressful and upsetting. Matt secured a sale straight away! We cannot recommend Matt & His Team highly enough as Estate Agents. Thank you also to Alison Naish's Progress Agent. Matt is committed to honesty , commitment to sell at the right price, personable , professional, extremely knowledgeable & most importantly HE SELLS HOUSES. Readily contactable when needed which during one of the most stressful things you can do is extremely helpful. I have recommended Matt to a Friend who was also having difficulties & He secured a sale for them quickly too . Massive Thank You to Matt & The Naish Team .

Jay showed us around a few houses and went out of her way to ensure we secured the place we really wanted even helping on her own time to help us get the place and move in at a good time! Massively recommend Reeds Rains if you're looking for a place and big thank you to Jay for helping a lot ????

They did all the viewings and as we didn't live in the area went out of their way to visit the property each week for us and even did the meter readings on the day of completion. They understood how important my purchase was to me and made it a smooth process all the way to completion :-) They also give pragmatic, common sense advice on any obligations for letting my property. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome and would recommend Tipple Underwood to anybody looking to move or rent a property. Keep up the good work.
18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Mar 2024 (24 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
