I used Independent Estates to sell my late father’s house . Sandy & Lynn at the Carluke branch were professional, friendly and transparent. Sandy gave an honest, realistic valuation based on local area knowledge and extensive market research. The home report reflected Sandy’s experience within the property market. Sandy made an amazing presentation of what Independent Estates could offer and nothing was too much trouble, everything was slick, professional and delivered as promised. The whole process was clearly explained at each stage by Lynn who was very skilled and active in negotiating with potential buyers. She went over and above guiding me through each stage, even with external agents such as solicitors and surveyors, keeping me relaxed and confident.
