Very very poor experience. Instructed to do the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our homes but after 72 hours of zero contact, despite 4 phone calls and an email being sent, the solicitor emailed to say they were too busy and could not represent us despite asking for all documentation to be sent to them. The customer service manager was extremely rude and unwilling to accept that this is poor service. Her customer service skills were to threaten me with legal action if I said their professionalism was lacking the standard expected of a legal firm. Would not recommend them in any manner.... I don’t feel like they ware on my side. I felt discriminated ,everything was rushed and I felt like second class citizen . Conversation was always very loud and on left my stressed and on edge. I highly do not recommend this company. You have to ask for any information very often. They do not inform about charging additional costs. It takes a long time for an answer. I got the information I needed from the council in one day and they still didn't know anything but waited. I will never use their services again and be warned. Waste of nerves and money....
