I am not residing in the UK and I have been renting out my property through them for over a decade. During the years there have been a few hiccups but we managed to sort them out with some headaches on my side (agent unresponsive, poor communication, late remittance of already paid rents etc). However in the last 8 months or so the situation has escalated quite badly. Basically they are not communicating with me anymore nor they are routing the rents that the tenants have been regularly paying. This agency is simply ignoring my Whatsapp, my emails and they are not returning my calls. I do not know what else I can do. I think the only solution now is to go through legal means.... Read more

Stay away from this cowboys company. Worst estate agents I have ever encountered in my entire life as a landlord. They used the first and middle names of tenants to manipulate and get the best references & credit scores, they took the money from tenants for furniture without my knowledge and advised tenants to change the utilities bills without first signing the tenancy or moving in. They would not pass on the tenants documentation for data protection excuses. In the end they collected nearly £6k from the tenants and ask me to move in the tenants prior to the deposit and advance rent. I refused to deal with them and then they turned around emailing every agency on the Right move telling them not to deal with me. My advice would be to stay away and save yourself.... Read more

The worst agency I have ever come across in my entire life. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS!! This agency is riddled with people who are scammers and will do everything they can to make your life a misery. They are incompetent, lazy, and purposefully ghost you until you go to the authorities and report them to get anything done. I have been dealing with the property Ombudsman service as well as the deposit scheme just to get my deposit back for over a month now. They also heavily screwed me when I initially rented my flat - I had to leave the property within 6 months (thank God I had a 6-month break clause). I am surprised they are even allowed to submit business at this point.... Read more

Illegally installed a marketing “sold” board on our property. Contacted them and they advised it was a mistake and would be removed immediately. They of course did nothing and I followed up and was told it was a mistake by their contractor and would be removed within 48 hours. Still no action. Have reported them to tower hamlets council for flyposting. Hope tower hamlets prosecute them...charlatan operator.... Read more

Worst agents ever. They will make everything they can when you have to sign or pay, but expect nothing in return. We moved out more than 3 months ago, they are still holding our £2700 deposit. WOULD HAVE GIVEN MINUS FIVE STARS but One Star is required to post & share so others can avoid the angst, frustration & bad behaviour from this agent!! This abhorrent and despicable 'agency 'does not deserve even a star for Credibility nor Service. Where to start with their incompetence, irresponsibility and careless disregard!! 1) They rented out our new build apartment for two years, during which we endured two years of late payments as much as by 3 weeks late (even though our tenant paid JS promptly) and we had to constantly email and remind them every month.Why in the world should you have to chase for something that can be auto-paid via bank standing instructions.They constantly used their new IT system as the fault, but when you visit their office, there is no IT system with paper files piled and cluttered everywhere. Of course, JS first paid themselves the lettings fee every month on time deducting from the tenant's payments & withholding our payment without remorse and with lame bewildering excuses. 2) There was no follow-up on important defects issues (completely dropped & forgotten in spite of constant reminders over two years) so much so that the developer cannot honour the repairs after the deadline expired due to JS' incompetence, lack of follow-up and indifference and we have to cough up the repairs. 3) They did not inform the tenants of their responsibility for the Energy bills (for which a competent agency would have provided the forms and information) and for which we could have had bad credit with the organisation (with bills sent to us two years later). 4) Letters for ground rent / service charges went unanswered nor actioned by JS, which ended up a final scramble to pay ourselves last minute to avoid legal proceedings & sullied our good credit rating. Unbelievable irresponsibility! If you are unfortunate enough to utilise JS, Expect a lot of false promises, the frustration of many many unreturned phone calls and multiple dubious 'excuses' for their poor professional behaviour (some excuses even insulting our intelligence that it is even possible) and of course late payments. . Not once did they apologise for such appalling behaviour & after being fired for their incompetence & dishonesty, they resorted to wilfully not replying to us nor returning us the close-out balance payments, ignoring our emails until we wrote to the Ombudsman and threatened legal action. This 'agency' is a total nightmare, so save yourself unnecessary headaches and angst from having to chase them for what's due (correspondence or finances) which other agents automatically transfer immediately on the agreed date. Whether as a tenant or landlord, the primary criteria for a professional agency would be * do they have the proper qualifications and are ARLA registered * do they have good reviews online and proper Client references elsewhere * do they have a proper Escrow account for monies received or paid on your behalf and is it insured so that you can have recourse (do not believe verbal promises). JS may seem very eager and enthusiastic when at first trying to get your listing and even over-value the amount they can get for rental or sale just to reel you in! But after that, good luck with contacting them, follow-up on anything or trying to get your money from them. Hopefully the new real estate regulations will weed out such greedy agents with no moral compass who are out for a quick buck and are a blight on the real estate profession.... Read more

Horrible experience. Would not recommend this agency to anyone else. So unprofessional that it is even hard to believe that it can happen to anyone. From the beginning the agents were disappearing and not replaying to your emails / calls /messages. We were in contact with two agents and we don't know which one is worse Domonic or Jagbir! From moving in till moving out you need to chase them if you want the things get done. So much energy wasted for no reason. Honestly, if you value your wellness avoid this agency. And the best thing that they will turn up to your apartment whenever they feel like. They will open and close Radom windows and doors - they don't care you have pets in the house!!!! They do whatever they want. Just simply avoid there is plenty go agencies around.... Read more
