I have 2 properties being managed by Metro Village. Their staff are extremely helpful, able and polite. They deal with issues quickly and effectively and provide a service which is well above their competitors. One person in particular Neill Hammersley in Accounts has always been hugely helpful, he deals with any issues in a very methodical and efficient manner. And no matter what the issue is he will ensure he does his best to resolve the problem.
