Wish I had read these before agreeing to do work for Hannah Jackson. Would advise no one to work or rent off her or her company the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Cleaned 4 properties over past few weeks, was paid at first but she has been ignoring my phone calls, emails and texts for the past 2 weeks have 5 outstanding invoices and she obviously has no intention of paying me money owed. Will however be taking matter further but would recommend that no one works or rents of such a unprofessional person/company that make a habit of ripping people off...... Read more

Worst estate agents I've ever had. It took almost 2 months to get a replacement fridge, they keep forgetting to pay bills and thats just the start of it. Don't even consider it an option as there are cheaper and better alternatives.... Read more

i and many ppl i know have used this agency, would never ever go there again. problems from works and repairs never being done abusive staff, deadlines never meet, family left with leaking roof until cealing colapsed, another family left with no cooking facilities over christmas. allowing tenants to live in dire accom franly nothing good to say about them... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They did a tenant find for me and 7 months later I still haven't received the deposit or the balance of the first months rent. I'm about to start legal action against them.... Read more

Well to be perfectly frank I have to say its one of the poorest experiences I have had with a "Professional" Company in a long time and I have told them! My sons at Warwick Uni and needed a flat for his second year. Contracts poorly explained, (not sure they were correctly understood by the assistant) dated wrong, calculated wrong, no one rings you back. A subsequent call found the person was not even at work! More, just how your supposed to get your keys on the first of September (A Sunday) when they are not open and you cant collect before that date I have yet to find out! I will be advising Warwick Uni that if they have a "black list" they need to add this company to it!!... Read more
