We can then arrange a marketing appointment to see what level of marketing is right for you. Going Live! – Social media offers great exposure to potential buyers, so our agents at HR will pre-launch your listing using our Facebook and Instagram platforms. When your property goes live, it will be advertised on all major web portals such as Right Move, Zoopla and Prime Location. Our Agents will manage the viewings for your property and will liaise with both seller and buyer when the property has received its offers. Agreeing the Sale – All of our buyers will be pre-qualified for peace of mind. This means all relevant financial checks and budget plans will be completed before negotiations begin. Once the offer has been accepted, we will prepare the sales letters and send them to the appropriate solicitors. Completion of Your Property – Your HR Partner will be on top of your sale and be in regular contact with you, the seller. Once a completion date has been agreed, your HR Partner will arrange for key collection and handover to the new owners.
