The process of selling our property through Pointons did not run smoothly. I was disappointed with the poor communication of some staff. I even emailed James, the Director who did not reply to my email regarding issues with the service provided. Moreover, the buyer’s solicitors who were appointed through Pointons own panel solicitors caused further unnecessary delays also due to lack of communication, so I would not recommend using their panel solicitors. Overall, not a good experience as the agency focused more on profit than customer satisfaction.... Read more
